Abstract
Dukungan Keluarga Merupakan Sikap, Tindakan Dan Penerimaan Keluarga Terhadap Anggotanya, Dengan Dukungan Keluarga Yang Baik, Maka Kecemasan Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Dapat Semakin Rendah Karena Peran Keluarga Sangat Penting Dalam Menahan Efek-Efek Negatif Dari Stress Dan Kecemasan, Selain Itu Kemampuan Koping Yang Dimiliki Pasien Diabetes Tipe 2 Dalam Menghadapi Kecemasan Dapat Diminimalisir. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Pada Pasien Dm Tipe 2. Dalam Penelitian Ini, Peneliti Menggunakan Desain Penelitian Cross Sectional. Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Pada Keluarga Yang Tinggal Dalam Satu Rumah Dan Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 Di Rumah Sakit Tni-Ad Kota Kediri. Sampel Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah 13 Orang. Variabel Independen (Bebas) Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Dukungan Keluarga Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2. Variable Dependen (Tergantung) Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Tingkat Kecemasan Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2. Pengumpulan Data Dengan Cara Pengisian Kuesioner. Analisa Data Menggunakan Spearman Rank Correlation Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Antara Variabel Independen Dan Dependen, Yaitu Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 Di Rumah Sakit Tni-Ad Kota Kediri. Berdasarkan Analisis Spearman, Didapatkan Hasil Signifikan Anatara Kedua Variable, Yaitu P=0.000. Berdasarkan Hasil Tersebut Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Dukungan Keluarga Dapat Mempengaruhi Tingkat Kecemasan Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2. Diharapkan Bagi Peneliti Selanjutnya Untuk Mengembangkan Penelitian Yang Telah Dilakukan Oleh Peneliti Dan Menggunakan Responden Dalam Jumlah Yang Lebih Besar
English Abstract
Family Support Is An Attitude, Action And Family Acceptance Of Its Members, With The Support Of A Good Family, The Anxiety In Patients With Diabetes Can Be Lower Because The Role Of The Family Is Very Important To Resist The Negative Effects Of Stress And Anxiety, In Addition To The Patients Coping Skills Possessed Type 2 Diabetes In The Face Of Anxiety Can Be Minimized. The Purpose Of This Study Is To Know The Relationship Of Family Support On The Level Of Anxiety In Patients With Diabetes Mellitus Type 2. In This Study, Researchers Used A Cross-Sectional Study Design. This Research Was Conducted In Families Living In One House And Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients At The Tni-Ad Hospital Kediri City. The Sample In This Study Was 13 People. Independent Variable In This Study Was The Family Support In Patients With Diabetes Mellitus Type 2. The Dependent Variable In This Study Was The Level Of Anxiety In Patients With Diabetes Mellitus Type 2. The Data Was Collected By Means Of Questionnaires. Data Were Analyzed Using The Spearman Rank Correlation To Determine The Relationship Between The Independent And Dependent Variables, Which Support Families With The Level Of Anxiety In Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus In The Tni-Ad Hospital Kediri City. Based On Spearman Analysis, Obtained Significant Results Between The Two Variables, Ie, P = 0.000. Based On These Results It Can Be Concluded That Family Support Could Affect Anxiety Levels Of Patients With Diabetes Mellitus Type 2. It Was Expected For Further Research To Develop The Research That Has Been Conducted By Researchers And Using Respondents In Larger Quantities.
