Abstract

Sebagian besar perawat di rumah sakit mereka tidak pernah belajar tentang NANDA-I, NOC, dan NIC. Para peneliti menunjukkan bahwa defisit pengetahuan istilah keperawatan standar dapat menyebabkan penggunaan yang salah dari terminologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui keterampilan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, serta pengaruh pelatihan proses keperawatan (NANDA, NOC, NIC) terhadap keterampilan perawat dalam menyusun intervensi keperawatan di ruang anak Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif pre-eksperimental menggunakan desain one group pre-test post-test design. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 38 responden yang dipilih dengan metode total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Pengolahan dan analisis pengaruh pelatihan proses keperawatan (NANDA, NOC, NIC) terhadap keterampilan perawat menggunakan uji wilcoxon rank test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan menyusun intervensi sebelum pelatihan paling banyak dikategorikan kurang (94,7%), keterampilan setelah pelatihan paling banyak dikategorikan cukup (71,1%) dan baik (23,7%). Hasil uji statistik wilcoxon rank test pada tarap signifikan (α < 0,05) didapatkan p value = 0,000 < α = 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pelatihan proses keperawatan (NANDA, NOC, NIC) terhadap keterampilan perawat dalam menyusun intervensi keperawatan di ruang anak Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang. Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti lebih dalam mengenai frekuensi yang optimal dilakukan pelatihan agar keterampilan perawat dalam menyusun intervensi NIC dapat tercapai.

English Abstract

Most of the nurses at the hospital never learn about NANDA-I, NOC, and NIC. The researchers showed that deficits knowledge standard of nursing term can lead to incorrect use of terminology. This study was conducted to determine nursing skill before, and after training and the impact of nursing process training (NANDA, NOC, NIC) towards skill of nurses to set interventions in children room Saiful Anwar Hospital. This study is a pre-experimental quantitative research using one group pre-test post-test design. The sample of this study were 38 respondents who selected by total sampling method. Data collected by using observation sheet. Processing and analysing the results using Wilcoxon rank test. The results showed that skill of nurses to set interventions before training most of them considered less (94.7%), skill after training most categorized enough (71.1%) and good (23.7%). The results of statistical test Wilcoxon rank test on significant (α <0.05) was obtained p value = 0.000 <α = 0.05. It can be concluded that there is impact of nursing process training (NANDA, NOC, NIC) towards skill of nurses to set interventions in children room Saiful Anwar Hospital. Further expectation for other researcher can investigate more about optimal training frequency of nursing process to reach quality of nursing skill to set interventions.
