Abstract

Dislipidemia merupakan penyakit yang sering dijumpai dimasyarakat yang terjadi akibat faktor lingkungan, genetik dan interaksi antar keduanya. Faktor lingkungan yang paling berdampak adalah faktor makanan atau pola makan. Pada prinsipnya ada dua terapi untuk membantu penanganan dislipidemia yaitu dengan farmakologi dan non farmakologi. Buah jambu biji dan jeruk siam merupakan tinggi serat yang dapat menurunkan profil lipid salah satunya trigliserida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus jambu biji dan buah jeruk siam terhadap kadar trigliserida pada pasien dislipdemia pada wanita usia 50-57 tahun di Puskesmas Cisadea Kota Malang. Metode penelitian pre-post test control group design dengan purposive sampling pada 32 responden dislipidemia tanpa penyakit penyerta. Pengukuran kadar trigliserida darah dilakukan pada hari pertama sebelum pemberian jus jambu biji dan buah jeruk siam dan hari ke 15 setelah diberikan jus jambu biji dan jeruk siam pada kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan. Pemberian jus jambu biji sebanyak 270 gram/hari dalam bentuk sediaan 2x235 ml dan jeruk siam sebanyak 130 gram. Hasil uji statistik paired t-test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kadar trigliserida sebelum (x = 221,56 ± 60,02) dan sesudah (x = 194,93 ± 50,23) pada kelompok intervensi. Sedangkan pada uji statistik dengan independent t-test tidak terdapat perbedaan selisih kadar trigliserida antara kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan. Kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kadar trigliserida yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi selama 14 hari pada kelompok perlakuan.

English Abstract

Dyslipidemia is a disease that often found in the communities that occur due to environmental factors, genetic and interaction between the both. Environmental factor is the most impacting factor such as food or eating patterns. In principle, there are two therapies to help handling other pharmacological and non pharmacological. Guava and citrus fruit which is high of fiber that can lowering lipid profile of triglycerides. This research aims is to know the effects of administering guava juice and citrus fruits against the levels of triglycerides in patients dyslipidemia in women aged 50-57 years in Public Health Center Cisadea of Malang City. The method of this research is pre-posttest control group design with a purposive sampling on 32 other respondents without a complication disease. Measurement the levels of blood triglycerides on the first day before administering guava juice and orange and 15th day after given juice guava and orange in the control group and treatment. Administering guava juice as much as 2x235 ml 270 grams/day and orange as many as 130 grams. Statistical paired t-test results-test shows significant differences between triglyceride levels prior to the (x = 221,56 ± 60,02) and after (x = 194,93 ± 50,23) in the intervention group. Whereas the statistical tests by independent t-test there was no significant difference between the control and treatment groups. The conclusion is there are significant differences in trygliceride levels before and after intervention for 14 days in the Groups treatment.
