Abstract
Pijat Oksitosin Adalah Pemijatan Pada Sepanjang Tulang Belakang (Vertebrae) Hingga Tulang Costae Kelima-Keenam Dengan Menggunakan Kedua Kepalan Tangan Dan Ibu Jari Menunjuk Ke Depan. Penekanan Membentuk Gerakan Kecil Melingkar Dengan Kedua Ibu Jari, Dalamnya Tekanan Sesuai Dengan Kenyamanan Ibu. Pijatan Tersebut Akan Membuat Rileks Dan Menghilangkan Stress, Sehingga Mempercepat Neurotransmitter Merangsang Medulla Oblongata Untuk Mengirim Pesan Ke Hypothalamus Di Hypofise Posterior Kemudian Dihasilkan Oksitosin Sehingga Asi Keluar. Teknik Lain Yang Dapat Mempengaruhi Volume Pengeluaran Asi Adalah Perawatan Payudara Yang Bertujuan Untuk Melancarkan Sirkulasi Darah Dan Mencegah Tersumbatnya Saluran Produksi Asi, Sehingga Memperlancar Pengeluaran Asi. Breast Care Dapat Dilakukan Dengan Cara Massage Payudara, Kompres Hangat Dan Dingin, Serta Pembersihan Puting. Desain Penelitian Menggunakan Quasy Eksperiment Dengan Rancangan Pre Test Dan Post Test Yang Terdiri Dari Dua Kelompok Yaitu Kelompok Pijat Oksitosin Dan Kelompok Breast Care. Setiap Kelompok Terdiri Dari 9 Orang, Dengan Total Sampel 18 Orang.Dari Hasil Uji Statistik Independent T-Test Diperoleh P Value < 0,05 (0,004 < 0,05) Yang Berarti Ho Ditolak, Sehingga Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Pijat Oksitosin Lebih Efektif Dibandingkan Dengan Breast Care Dalam Peningkatan Volume Pengeluaran Asi.
English Abstract
Oxytocin Massage Is Massage On Along The Spine (Vertebrae) Until The Fifth-Sixth Costae Bone Using Both Fists With Thumbs Forward. The Emphasis Makes Small Circular Motions With Both Thumbs, The Deep Of Pressure Accordances With The Convenience Mother’s. The Massage Will Relieve Stress And Tension, It Makes Neurotransmitters Stimulate The Medulla Oblongata Faster. The Medulla Oblongata Send Impuls To Hypothalamus (Posterior Hypofise) Then Produced Oxytocin, So The Breast Milk Out. Another Technique Is Breast Care That Aims To Promote Blood Circulation And Prevent Blockage Of The Milk Production Ducts, So As To Accelerate The Expenditure Of Breast Milk. Breast Care Can Be Done By Breast Massage, Warm And Cold Compresses, And Cleaning The Nipple. This Reserch Use Quasy Experimental Design With Pre-Test And Post-Test Consist Of Two Groups: Massage Oxytocin And Breast Care Group. Each Group Consisted Of 9 People, With A Total Sample Are 18 People. Reseacher Use Independent T-Test Of Statistical Tests. From The Results Of Statistical Test Was Obtained P Value <0.05 (0.004 <0.05) Which Means That Ho Was Rejected, So It Can Be Concluded That Oxytocin Massage Is More Effective Than Breast Care To Increase The Volume Of Breast Milk.
