Abstract
Hipertensi merupakan masalah besar yang diderita oleh 30,4% populasi dunia dengan perbandingan 29,6% pada pria dan 28,1% pada wanita. Sedangkan di RSUD “Kanjuruhan” Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang, hipertensi menempati ranking 1 dari penyakit rawat jalan lainnya selama 2 tahun berturut-turut. Penelitian di Taiwan tahun 2006-2007 menunjukkan bahwa tekanan darah tidak terkendali lebih banyak dijumpai pada penderita hipertensi dengan kepatuhan kontrol dan minum obat yang rendah. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan kontrol dengan pengendalian tekanan darah primer di Poli Jantung RSUD “Kanjuruhan” Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional.sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel sejumlah 75 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara pill count dan tekanan darah dicatat dari rekam medis pasien 3 bulan terakhir berturut-turut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pasien yang patuh kontrol sebanyak 62 responden (82.3%) dan hanya 1 responden (1.3%) dari jumlah tersebut memiliki tekanan darah terkendali. Uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara kepatuhan kontrol dengan pengendalian tekanan darah (p=0.630). Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjut dengan mengkaji psikologis pasien serta disarankan bagi petugas kesehatan pada institusi terkait untuk lebih memperhatikan pemberian obat pada pasien hipertensi sesuai dengan rekomendasi Joint National Committee (JNC) VII atau menurut British Hypertension Society (BHS) agar dapat mencapai darah terkendali
English Abstract
Hypertension is a major problem suffered by 30.4% of the population with a ratio of 29.6% in men and 28.1% in women. While in the hospital "Kanjuruhan" Kepanjen Malang, hypertension was first ranked of the other outpatient disiases for 2 years in a row. Research in Taiwan in 2006-2007 showed that uncontrolled blood pressure more often found in hypertension patients with low medication adherence therefore. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship of the compliance with the control of blood pressure control in primary Poly Heart Hospital "Kanjuruhan" Kepanjen Malang. This study used cross design sectional. Sampel selected using purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 75 people. The data was collected using interview guide pill count and blood pressure were recorded from the medical records of patients 3 months in a row. Based on this research, control adherent patients were 62 respondents (82.3%) and only one respondent (1.3%) of them had blood pressure under control. Chi-square test showed that there was no correlation between compliance with the control of blood pressure control (p = 0.630). Further studies are needed to assess the patients psychological as well as recommended for health care workers in related institutions to pay more attention to the administration of drugs in hypertensive patients in accordance with the recommendation of the Joint National Committee (JNC) VII or according to the British Hypertension Society (BHS) in order to achieve controlled blood.
