Abstract
Taman Pemulihan Gizi (TPG) atau Pos Gizi dengan pendekatan " positive deviance " telah dilaksanakan di Desa Tanjung Glugur dan Tanjung Pecinan Kecamatan Mangaran Kabupaten Situbondo pada September 2012, sebagai upaya pemecahan masalah gizi berbasis keluarga dan masyarakat. Penelitian observasional deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keberlangsungan perilaku ibu dan status gizi anak usia 21-59 bulan dari keluarga miskin yang telah mengikuti TPG setelah program tersebut berhenti selama 15 bulan. Subyek (n=28) dipilih secara total sampling. Data kebiasaan pengasuh diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner dan observasi langsung, data status gizi diperoleh melalui pengukuran antropometri dengan indikator BB/TB dan TB/U. Jika dibandingkan dengan saat akhir program TPG, hasil penelitian saat ini menunjukkan bahwa subyek yang memiliki kebiasaan pemberian makan baik menurun 18,1%, kebiasaan pengasuhan baik meningkat 14,3%, kebiasaan kebersihan baik menurun 10,7%, kebiasaan mencari pelayanan kesehatan baik menurun 25%, anak yang kurus dan anak yang pendek relatif tetap. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah keberlangsungan perilaku ibu dan status gizi anak saat ini cenderung menurun. TPG dengan pendekatan positive deviance hendaknya diikuti dengan pendampingan dan penguatan ( reinforecement ) yang berkesinambungan serta melibatkan komponen yang berkepentingan dalam mewujudkan perbaikan gizi masyarakat.
English Abstract
Taman Pemulihan Gizi (TPG) or Pos Gizi with "positive deviance" approach was held in the villages of Tanjung Glugur and Tanjung Pecinan in Mangaran subdistrict of Situbondo district in September 2012, as a nutritional problem solving efforts based on families and communities. A descriptive observational study aims to evaluate the sustainability of the behavior of the mother and child nutritional status age 21 to 59 months from poor families who have followed the TPG program, after stops for 15 months. Subjects (n = 28) selected by the total sampling. The data of caregiver habits obtained through interviews with questionnaires and direct observations, data of nutritional status obtained by measurement of anthropometry with WHZ and HAZ indicators. When compared to the end of the TPG program, the current research results showed that subjects who have a good habits of feeding decreased 18.1%, good habits of parenting increased 14.3%, good habits of hygiene decreased 10.7%, good habits of finding health care decreased 25%, wasted child and stunted child relatively fixed. Conclusion of this research is the sustainability of the behavior of the mother and child nutritional status currently tend to decrease. TPG should be followed by a mentoring and reinforcement sustainable and involve interested parties in the embody component of improved nutrition community.
