Abstract
Penyuluhan kesehatan tentang penularan HIV/AIDS merupakan pemberian informasi-informasi kepada masyarakat tentang penularan HIV/AIDS. Tujuan yang diharapkan dari penyuluhan kesehatan adalah dapat menurunkan stigma masyarakat pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyuluhan kesehatan tentang penularan HIV/AIDS berpengaruh terhadap penurunan stigma masyarakat pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA). Studi pre eksperimen menggunakan one group pre and post test design dilakukan di RT 02/ RW X Lowokwaru Malang. Sampel dipilih dengan proporsional random sampling untuk dibagi dalam kelompok umur, yaitu umur 17-25 (n=11), umur 26-35 (n=12), umur 36-45 (n=11) dan umur 46-55 (n=9). Variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah skor stigma masyarakat sebelum penyuluhan kesehatan, skor stigma masyarakat sesudah penyuluhan kesehatan dan perbedaan skor stigma masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan skor stigma sebelum penyuluhan kesehatan diperoleh nilai rata-rata = 63.05, pada skor stigma sesudah penyuluhan kesehatan diperoleh nilai rata-rata = 45.21. ada perbedaan signifikan antara skor stigma sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan kesehatan (Uji t = p < 0.05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan tentang penularan HIV/AIDS terhadap penurunan stigma masyarakat pada Orang Dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA),
English Abstract
Health education about HIV/AIDS is a gift to the community informations about HIV/AIDS transmission. The expected goal of health education is to decrease the social stigma in people with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). This study aims to determine the effects health education about HIV/AIDS transmission to the decline in social stigma in people with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Studies of pre experiments using one group pre and post test design conducted at RT 02 / RW X Lowokwaru Malang. The sample was selected by proportional random sampling to be divided into age groups, ie age 17-25 (n = 11), age 26-35 (n = 12), age 36-45 (n = 11) and age 46-55 (n = 9). The variables measured in this study is the social stigma scores before health education, stigma scores after public health education and difference community stigma score before and after health education. The results showed stigma score values obtained before health education mean = 63.05, after health education stigma scores obtained mean = 45.21. there was significant difference between the scores stigma before and after health education (t test = P <0.05). The conclusion of this study there is effect of health education on HIV/AIDS to the decline of sosial stigma on people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA).
