Abstract
Respon halusinasi dapat mengancam diri maupun orang lain jika dijadikan sistem kontrol oleh individu saat merasakan stimulus yang sebenarnya tidak ada. Individu dengan halusinasi menunjukkan kecenderungan untuk menyendiri, nyaman dengan halusinasinya, seolah merupakan tempat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan interaksi sosial, kontrol diri, dan harga diri yang tidak didapatkan dalam dunia nyata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh terapi aktivitas kelompok sosialisasi untuk halusinasi terhadap penurunan gejala halusinasi pada pasien skizofrenia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bantur Kabupaten Malang dengan menggunakan metode Quasi- Ekperimental dengan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design without control group. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Sosialisasi untuk Halusinasi dapat menurunkan gejala halusinasi pada pasien skizofrenia. Pengambilan sampel dipilih dengan teknik Consequtive Sampling dengan kriteria inkulsi dan didapatkan sampel sejumlah 6 responden. Berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon mengunakan SPSS 16 for windows didapatkan signifikansi p(0,028) < α(0,05) sehingga pada α=0,05 dan selang kepercayaan 95% didapatkan pengaruh terapi aktivitas kelompok sosialisasi untuk halusinasi terhadap penurunan gejala halusinasi pada pasien skizofrenia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bantur Kabupaten Malang berupa penurunan skor total tes sebelum (pretest) dan skor total tes sesudah (posttest).
English Abstract
Hallucinations response can threaten themselves or others if used by the control system when the individual taste stimuli that are not there. Individuals with hallucinations showed a tendency to be alone, comfortable with hallucinations, as a place to meet the need for social interaction, self control, and self esteem were not found in the real world. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of therapy group socialization activities for the hallucinations to the decline of symptoms of hallucinations in patients with schizophrenia in the work area Health Center Bantur Malang with use a Quasi-Experimental design ith One Group Pretest-Posttest Design without control group. The hypothesis in the study Socialization Group Activity Therapy for Hallucinations can reduce the symptoms of hallucinations in schizophrenia patients. Sampling was selected by Consequtive Sampling technique with the inclusion criteria and obtained a sample of six respondents. Based on the Wilcoxon test using SPSS 16 for windows obtained significance p(0,028) < α(0,05) so that at α=0,05 and 95% confidence interval obtained effect of therapy group socialization activities for the hallucinations to decline symptoms of hallucinations in patients with schizophrenia in the working area Health Center Bantur Malang as decrease in total score pre-test and total score post-test.
