Abstract
Luka perineum adalah robekan yang terjadi pada perineum sewaktu persalinan, sedangkan luka perineum derajat II yaitu robekan yang telah sampai pada otot perineum dan luka ini biasanya dijahit untuk membantu penyembuhan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi proses peyembuhan luka perineum derajat II ibu post Partum diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Sumurgung Kabupaten Tuban. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat observasional analitik dengan melalui pendekatan Cross Sectional. Data dianalisis dengan uji statistik chi square dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,05. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode Total sampling yaitu ibu post partum yang mengalami luka perineum derajat II sesuai pilihan peneliti yang berkunjung ke beberapa BPM diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Sumurgumg Kabupaten Tuban. Variabel Independen yaitu personal hygiene, kebiasan pantang makanan, dan mobilisasi dini. Variabel dependen yaitu proses penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara personal hygiene dengan proses penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II (p value = 0,000), ada hubungan signifikan antara Kebiasaan pantang makanan dengan proses penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II (p value = 0,000), tidak ada hubungan antara mobilisasi dini dengan proses penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II (p value = 0,193).
English Abstract
Perineal injuries is a tear that occurs in the perineum during labour, while Grade II perineal injury is a tear that has reached the perineal muscles and the wound is usually stitched to aid healing. The purpose of this research was to determine what factors are affecting the healing of perineal injury Grade II at Post Partum maternal in the work region Sumurgung health center of Tuban area. The research used an observational analytic cross sectional approach. Data were analyzed by chi-square statistical test with a significance level of 0.05. The samples were selected using total sampling method that total postpartum maternal who suffered perineal injuries Grade II according to the choice researchers want in several BPM in the work region Sumurgumg health center of Tuban. The independent variables were personal hygiene, food abstinence, and early mobilization. The dependent variable was the healing process of Perineal injuries Grade II. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between personal hygiene with the healing process of Perineal injuries Grade II ( p value = 0.000 ), there was a significant relationship between the food abstinence healing process of Perineal injuries Grade II ( p value = 0.000) , there was no relationship between the early mobilization with the healing process of Perineal injuries Grade II ( p value = 0.193).
