Abstract
Bermain dengan mewarnai merupakan suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk menghilangkan ketegangan dan memperoleh kesenangan pada anak yang mengalami hospitalisasi dengan cara memberikan intervensi berupa coretan warna pada gambar. Pemberian intervensi ini akan memberikan efek relaksasi pada tubuh serta dapat memberikan rangsang emosi di sistem limbic, sehingga terjadi pengontrolan perilaku maladaptif di hipotalamus. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bermain dengan mewarnai terhadap penurunan skor perilaku maladaptif anak usia prasekolah (3-5 tahun) yang mengalami hospitalisasi. Adapun desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu experimental design dengan pendekatan pre test-post test with control group yang memberikan perlakuan bermain dengan mewarnai pada kelompok perlakuan, sedangkan kelompok kontrol mendapatkan intervensi standar dari rumah sakit. Responden dalam penelitian berusia 3-5 tahun yang berjumlah 20 responden yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Dari penjelasan tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah bermain dengan mewarnai, sedangkan variabel terikatnya yaitu skor perilaku maladaptif. Untuk mendapatkan data dalam penelitian ini, digunakan lembar kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji Paired t test dan Independent t test. Berdasarkan uji Paired t test didapatkan nilai P = 0,000 yang mengindikasikan H1 diterima. Sementara itu, pada uji Independent t test didapatkan nilai P = 0,000 yang mengindikasikan hasil berbeda. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh bermain dengan mewarnai terhadap penurunan skor perilaku maladaptif anak usia prasekolah (3-5 tahun) yang mengalami hospitalisasi di Rumah Sakit Kabupaten Kediri. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, disarankan agar perawat pediatrik, dan orang tua memberikan intervensi bermain dengan mewarnai secara rutin selama anak menjalani rawat inap, agar dapat meminimalisasi perilaku maladaptif pada anak tersebut.
English Abstract
Art therapy is an activity that aimed to relieve the tension and obtain the happiness to the children that have hospitalization with giving an intervention such as coloring the picture. This intervention will give relaxation effect on the body and also can give emotional stimulation in the limbic system, thus the in maladaptive behavior control will occur in hypothalamus. Based on the explanation, this research aimed to know the influence of art therapy to the maladaptive behavior score decrease for preschool children age (3-5 years old) that have hospitalization. Research design that used is experimental design with pretest-posttest with control group approach that give art therapy to the treatment group, whereas the control group obtain standard intervention from hospital. Respondent in this research aged from 3-5 years old and numbered by 20 respondents that divided into two group, treathment, and control group. From the explanation, it can be known the independent variable in this research is art therapy, whereas the dependent variable is maladaptive behaviors. To obtain the data in this research, it is used by questionnaire that analyzed using Paired t-test and Independent t test. Based on the Paired t test, it obtained P value = 0.000 that indicates H1 is accepted. Meanwhile, in the Independent t test, it obtained P value = 0.000 that indicate the different result. It shows that there is an influence art therapy to the maladaptive behaviors score decrease for preschool children age (3-5 years old) that have hospitalization in Hospital of Kediri Regency. From the research results, it is suggested that it is better for pediatric nurse, and parent to give intervention of art therapy routinely during the children get hospitalization, in order to minimize maladaptive behavior score to the children.
