Abstract
Keberhasilan pemakaian KB dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor dalam menggunakan KB. Perilaku yang terbentuk di dalam diri seseorang terdiri dari dua faktor utama yaitu faktor eksternal dan faktor internal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor internal dan eksternal akseptor KB dengan keberlanjutan pemakaian alat kontrasepsi KB suntik 3 Bulanan di Desa Jombang Kecamatan Jombang Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara proportional random sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 77 responden. Data dianalisis dengan uji statistik chi square dan uji regresi logistik dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi square didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pendidikan (p=0,029), pekerjaan (p=0,015), efek samping yang dirasakan (p=0,009), dan kepatuhan kunjungan (p=0,022) dengan keberlanjutan pemakaian KB suntik 3 bulanan. Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa efek samping (p=0,006) dan kepatuhan (p=0,12) yang paling berpengaruh dengan pemakaian KB suntik 3 bulanan. Kedua faktor tersebut merupakan faktor eksternal dari akseptor dalam pemakaian KB. Saran kepada pengguna KB suntik 3 bulanan untuk mengkonsultasikan efek yang dialami sebelum berganti metode dan meningkatkan kepatuhan kunjungan ulang sehingga dapat menggunakan KB dalam jangka panjang.a
English Abstract
The success of the use of family planning can be affected by several factors in using family planning. Behavior that is formed on the inside of a person consists of two main factors the internal factors and external factors. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between internal and external factors acceptor KB to use injectable contraceptives KB 3 monthly in the Jombang village, Jember Regency. The study was observational analytic, with cross sectional approach. Sampling done in a proportional random sampling and obtained sample 77 respondents. Data were analyzed with the statistical test of chi square test and logistic regression with a significant level of 0.05. Data from a sample of 77, statistically with using test chi square had a meaningful relationship between the educational level (p = 0,029), work (p = 0,015), the perceived side effects (p = 0,009), and compliance visits (p = 0,022) and sustainability of use of syringe 3 monthly KB. While the results of the logistic regression analysis showed that side effects (p = 0.006) and compliance (p = 0.12) the most influential with the use of syringe KB 3 monthly. Both of these factors is the external factors of the acceptors in discharging KB. Advice to users of injection monthly for 3 KB consult effects experienced before changed their methods and improve compliance revisited so that it can use the KB in the long term.
