Abstract
DM merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering ditemukan saat ini di dunia. Pemeriksaan HbA1c banyak digunakan sebagai tes kontrol yang baik pada pasien DM dan dalam melakukan skrining terhadap komplikasi DM. Selain itu Pemeriksaan profil lipid ini biasa digunakan untuk melihat resiko terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskular. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara kadar HbA1c dengan kadar profil lemak pada pasien DM. Metode pengambilan data lab HbA1c dan profil lipid melalui rekam medis pasien secara cross sectional dan dianalisa menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Sampel adalah pasien DM yang datang berobat ke poli endokrin RSSA Malang periode Januari-Agustus 2013. Selama penelitian didapatkan 100 sampel rekam medis pasien DM tipe 2. Dengan karakteristik pria sebanyak 60% dan wanita 40%, serta rentang umur paling banyak antara 61-70 tahun (41%). Dari penelitian ini didapatkan nilai HbA1c berkolerasi positif dan signifikan dengan Kolesteroltotal (r= 0.240, p= 0.016), LDL-C (r= 0.234, p= 0.019), dan TG (r= 0.259 p= 0.009). Sedangkan korelasi dengan HDL-C didapatkan hasil kolerasi yang positif namun tidak signifikan (r= 0.121, p = 0.230). Dari data penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara HbA1c dengan kadar profil lemak darah pasien DM.
English Abstract
Diabetes is a world society problem. The HbA1c test is good to monitoring the blood glucose and screening the complication of diabetes. Beside the HbA1c test, the lipid profile test can be used to determine the risk for developing to cardiovascular complication. This study was aim to determine the association of HbA1c and lipid profile in diabetes patients. Retrieval of data laboratorium HbA1c and lipid profile through medical records using cross sectional design and would be analysed with Spearman test correlation. Sample is a diabetic patient who came to general hospital of Saiful Anwar Malang within the period of January-August 2013. During this study the medical records of 100 sample was taken and observed. With the characteristics of men and women as much as 60% to 40%, and the age range between 61-70 years at the most (41%). From this study, the HbA1c values correlated positively and significantly with total-cholesterol (r = 0.240, p = 0.016), LDL-C (r = 0.234, p = 0.019), and TG (r = 0.259 p = 0.009). While the correlation with HDL-C showed a positive correlation but not significant (r = 0.121, p = 0.230). From he data of this study it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between HbA1c and levels of blood lipid profiles in DM patients.
