Abstract
Pelayanan kefarmasian saat ini telah bergeser orientasinya dari drug oriented kepada patient oriented yang berazaskan kepada asuhan kefarmasian (Pharmaceutical Care). Salah satu pelayanan kefarmasian yang terdapat dalam standar pelayanan kefarmasian adalah pelayanan resep. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kesesuaian gambaran pelayanan resep yang dilakukan oleh apoteker di apotek di Kota Malang dengan standar pelayanan kefarmasian. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purporsive sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data adalah wawancara dan pengamatan. Sampel yang diambil adalah 27 apoteker. Tidak semua sampel dapat dilakukan pengamatan karena adanya keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini. Jumlah sampel yang dapat dilakukan pengamatan adalah 17 apoteker. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini meliputi persentase apoteker yang melakukan skrining resep, penyiapan sediaan, dan penyerahan resep sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kefarmasian. Rata – rata persentase pelakasanaan skrining resep adalah 74.2% dengan poin paling banyak dilakukan adalah mengkonsultasikan permasalahan resep ke dokter sebanyak 100% dan yang paling jarang dilaksanakan adalah pengkajian aspek klinis bagian pengkajian aspek alergi. Rata – rata persentase pelaksanaan penyiapan sediaan farmasi adalah 94% dari 8 poin di dalamnya. Seluruh poin dilakukan oleh apoteker kecuai 1 poin, yakni mengambil obat dengan alat sebesar 44%. Rata-rata persentase penyerahan sediaan farmasi adalah 84.25% dengan 8 poin di dalamnya. Hampir seluruh poin dilakukan oleh seluruh responden, tetapi ada 1 poin yang belum dilaksanakan oleh responden yakni memanggil nomor tunggu pasien sebesar 0%. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan belum ada responden yang memenuhi pelayanan resep sesuai standar pelayanan kefarmasian.
English Abstract
Pharmacy services has now shifted its orientation from drug oriented to patient oriented that based on the Pharmaceutical Care. One of the pharmaceutical services are contained in the standard prescription pharmacy service. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the service description prescription by pharmacists in pharmacies in Malang with standard pharmaceutical services. Sampling techniques sampling purporsive done. The method used to obtain the data are interviews and observation. Samples taken are 27 pharmacists. Not all sample observations can be done because of the limitations in this study. Number of samples that can be carried out observations is 17 pharmacists. The results obtained from this study include the percentage of pharmacists who perform screening prescription, dosage preparation, and delivery of prescriptions in accordance with the standards of pharmacy services. The average percentage of screening is 74.2% with most points do is consult a doctor about problem a prescription to as much as 100%, and most rarely performed is part of the assessment of clinical assessment aspects of allergy. The average percentage of implementation of pharmaceutical preparation is 94% that contain of 8 points in it. The whole point is done by pharmacists except 1 point, taking medications by means of 44%. The average percentage of pharmaceutical dosage delivery is 84.25% with 8 points in it. Almost all the points made by all respondents, but there is one point that has not been implemented by the respondents call the number of patients waiting at 0%. Based on research conducted no respondents who meet the appropriate standard of care prescription pharmacy services.
