Abstract

Kualitas tumbuh kembang anak pra sekolah(3-5 tahun) merupakan masa kritis perkembangan yang berkontribusi 85% terhadap perkembangan di masa mendatang. Perkembangan anak pra sekolah terutama perkembangan bahasa dan personal sosial dapat dipengaruhi oleh pola orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat perkembangan bahasa dan personal-sosial anak pra sekolah(3-5 tahun) di KBTK Selaras Cita Malang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional . Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 orang. Berdasarkan uji analitik dengan Koefisien Kontingensi dengan tingkat kepercayaan 90% didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,004(ρ < 0.1) dan koefisien korelasi 0,477 pada hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat perkembangan bahasa, dan pada hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat perkembangan personal sosial didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,039(ρ < 0.1) dan koefisien korelasi 0,414. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat korelasi positif antara pola asuh orang tua dengan tingkat perkembangan bahasa dan personal-sosial anak pra sekolah(3-5 tahun). Semakin demokratis pola asuh orang, perkembangan bahasa dan personal sosial anak semakin baik. Sehingga disarankan pada orang tua dan guru agar lebih mengoptimalkan perannya dalam menunjang perkembangan anak.

English Abstract

The quality of pre-school child development ( 3-5 years ) is a critical period of development which is contributed 85 % to the development in the future. The development of pre-school children, especially language and personal social development can be influenced by the patterns of their parents. This study is aimed to determine the relationship between parenting parents with the level of development of language and development of personal - social in pre-school children ( 3-5 years) in KB-TK Selaras Cita Malang . The design of this study is an observational analytic with cross-sectional approach . The samples are selected by purposive sampling and size by 64 people. Based on analytical test with contingency coefficient with 90 % confidence level, it is obtained significance value of 0.004 (ρ < 0.1) and the correlation coefficient 0.477 on parenting parents correlation with the level of language development , and on parenting parents correlation with the level of language development obtained significant value amounted to 0,039 (ρ < 0.1) and the correlation coefficient 0.414 . The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive correlation between parenting parents with the level of development of language and personal-social pre-school children (3-5 years). The more democratic parenting, social personal and language development of childrens are better. So it is advisable to parents and teachers in order to further optimize its role in supporting the development of children.
