Abstract
Fenomena sick building syndrome yang merupakan salah satu dampak dari adanya pemanasan global mengakibatkan munculnya berbagai tanggapan masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah menghadirkan konsep green building yang merupakan upaya mendirikan suatu bangunan yang ramah lingkungan baik pada pra pelaksanaan bangunan, pelaksanaan dan pasca pelaksanaan bangunan itu sendiri. Konsep green building tidak terbatas pada bangunan-bangunan besar melainkan juga bangunan skala mikro seperti rumah tinggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi konsep green building pada perumahan tipe kelas menengah atas yang mempunyai konsep “green architecture” dan menggunakan sistem rating GBCI untuk mempermudah evaluasi. Hasil dari evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga sampel yang didapat dengan metode purposive sampling telah memenuhi aspek green building pada rating GBCI sebanyak 42 (SILVER) poin dari total 77 poin maksimal. Dari kekurangan tersebut, dilakukan beberapa rekomendasi dalam bentuk asitektural dan rekomendasi pendukung/ non arsitektural. Sehingga total poin akhir yang didapat adalah 59 poin (PLATINUM).
English Abstract
The phenomenon of sick building syndrome is one of the impact of the existence of global warming that resulted in the emergence of various public responses. One of them is to present the concept of green building which is an effort to establish an environmentally friendly building both on pre implementation of the building, implementation and post implementation of the building itself. The concept of green building is not limited to high buildings but also micro-scale buildings such as houses. In this study aims to evaluate the concept of green building in real estate housing which has “green architecture” concept and use the GBCI rating system to facilitate evaluation. The results of the evaluation show that three sample which choosen by purposive sampling have been met 42 (SILVER) points of green building aspects on the GBCI rating from a total of 77 maximum points. Of these shortcomings, made some recommendations on the condition of existing objects. Recommendations are given in architectural and supporting/ non-architectural recommendations. So the total end points are 56 points (PLATINUM).
