Abstract
Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perusahaan wajib untuk menjaga keberadaan sumber daya manusia.Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan yaitu dengan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi serta meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis 1) kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial dan prestasi kerja karyawan. 2) pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. 3) pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. 4) pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kompensasi finansial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. 5) pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kompensasi non finansial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. 6) pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan dari variabel lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Prudential Life Assuance kantor cabang ruko Hotel Aria Malang yaitu sebanyak 452 karyawan, dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling maka jumlah sampel dapat ditentukan sebanyak 82 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial dan prestasi kerja karyawan adalah baik. 2) Variabel lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. 3) Variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. 4) Variabel kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan 5) Variabel kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. 6) Variabel lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara simultan beprengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 0,722, artinya variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan bahwa pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, kompensasi finansialdan kompensasi non finansial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT Prudential Life Assurance (Prudential Indonesia) Kantor Cabang Malang sebesar 72,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
English Abstract
One of the effort that conducted by company is improving effectiveness and efficiency and also improving employee performance by creating good work environment condition and compensation policy that given to the employee both financial and non-financial. The objective of this research as follow: 1) physical work environment condition, non-physical work environment, financial compensation, non-financial compensation, and employee achievement. 2) significant influence between physical work environment variable to the employee achievement. 3) significant influence between non-physical work environment variable to the employee achievement. 4) significant influence between financial compensation variable to the employee achievement. 5) significant influence between non-financial compensation variable to the employee achievement. 6) simultaneously significant influence from physical work environment, non-physical work environment, financial compensation, and non-financial compensation variable to the employee achievement. Population in this research is all employees in PT. Prudential Life Assurance, building branch office of Hotel Aria Malang, which is for 452 employees. By using proportional random sampling technique, then sample that can be determined in this research is 82 respondents with data collection technique using questionnaire, observation, and document. Data analysis technique that used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis with multiple regression analysis method. Research result shows that: 1) physical work environment condition, nonphysical work environment, financial compensation, and non-financial compensation, and also employee achievement are in good condition. 2) Physical work environment variable has significantly positive influence to the employee achievement. 3) Non-physical work environment variable has significantly positive influence to the employee achievement. 4) Financial compensation variable has significantly positive influence to the employee achievement. 5) Nonfinancial compensation variable has significantly positive influence to the employee achievement. 6) Physical work environment, non-physical work environment, financial compensation, and non-financial compensation variable has significantly positive influence to the employee achievement. Simultaneously, F test result shows that R2 value for 0.772, it means that independent variable can explain the influence of physical work environment, non-physical work environment, financial compensation, and non-financial compensation variable to the employee achievement in PT. Prudential Life Assurance (Prudential Indonesia) Malang Branch Office for 72.2%, whereas the remaining for 27.8% explained by other variables that not included in this research.
