Abstract
Desa Nguter adalah salah satu desa yang terdapat di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Pusat produksi jamu terletak di Dukuh Nguter RT 01 RW 05, Desa Nguter, Kecamatan Nguter, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Hampir semua penduduknya memproduksi jamu dari jamu tradisional sampai industri jamu rumahan yang sudah menggunakan mesin semi modern. Peran pemerintah Kabupaten Sukoharjo melalui Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah sangat dibutuhkan untuk menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan usaha kecil menjadi usaha yang tangguh dan mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian penelitian adalah Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara yang dilakukan dengan 8 responden yang terdiri dari 3 pegawai dinas, 4 orang produsen jamu desa Nguter, 1 orang asisten produsen jamu dan 1 orang konsumen, dokumentasi yang berupa foto, dan observasi. Peran Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah dalam pemberdayaan produsen jamu di Desa Nguter adalah;1) dalam permodalan memberikan bantuan informasi bagaimana mendapatkan modal pada pihak ke tiga yaitu perbankan dan memberi informasi mengenai pengajuan permodalan usaha; 2) dalam pemasaran mengadakan pameran produk jamu; 3) Dalam permasalahan keahlian dalam berproduksi Jamu mengadakan pembinaan Sumber Daya Manusia. Faktor pendukung Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah dalam pemberdayaan produsen jamu di Desa Nguter dalam permodalan adalah adanya koperasi jamu yang menaungi semua produsen jamu, dalam pemasaran adanya dukungan pihak-pihak terkait dan dalam permasalahan keahlian dalam berproduksi jamu adanya struktur yang terintegrasi. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah Kesulitan permodalan, Keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, Kesulitan pembukuan dan Permasalahan teknis. Dari hasil penelitian, maka penulis memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperhatikan produsen jamu agar lebih berkembang dalam usahanya, meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan meningkatkan jalinan kerjasama dengan pihak lain yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan produsen jamu di desa Nguter.
English Abstract
Nguter village is a village or a village located in the district of Sukoharjo. Herbal medicine production center is located in Hamlet Nguter RT 01 RW 05, Nguter Village, District Nguter, Sukoharjo. Because almost all of the population produces medicinal herbs from traditional to cottage industries are already using semi-modern machine. Role Sukoharjo government through the Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is needed to foster and enhance the ability of small businesses become strong and independent businesses. This study used a descriptive method with qualitative approach. The research location is the Office of Cooperative Research and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Sukoharjo. The type of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection using interviews conducted with 8 respondents consisting of 3 board offices, 4 people or bussiness owners herbal manufacturer Nguter village, herbal manufacturer 1 assistant and 1 person consumers, in the form of photo documentation, and observation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Location of the study were used as the research is the Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Sukoharjo. The type of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The collection of data by using the method of documentation, observation and interviews. The role of the Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in herbal medicine manufacturers in the village empowerment Nguter is; 1) in the capital providing information of how to get capital assistance to a third party, namely banking and inform regarding submission of capital effort; 2) in an exhibition marketing of medicinal products; 3) In the problem of Medicinal hold expertise in production guidance of Human Resources. By factors in support of cooperative and micro business small and medium enterprises in producers herbal medicine in the village nguter capital as well were the cooperative herbal medicine who handle all products herbal medicine, marketing supports related parties and on the issue of skill in production herbal medicine the structure integrated.While factor penghambatnya is difficulty capital, limitations human resources difficulty books and technical issues. Based on these explanations, the authors provide recommendations to consider herbal medicine manufacturers in an attempt to be more developed, improving the quality of human resources and improve its cooperation with other parties relating to the empowerment of producers of herbal medicine in the village Nguter
