Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan serta menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan kerja (X1) terhadap motivasi kerja (Z), mengetahui dan menjelaskan serta menganalisis pengaruh kesehatan kerja (X2) terhadap motivasi kerja (Z), mengetahui dan menjelaskan serta menganalisis pengaruh insentif (X3) terhadap motivasi kerja (Z), mengetahui dan menjelaskan serta menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), mengetahui dan menjelaskan serta menganalisis pengaruh kesehatan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), mengetahui dan menjelaskan serta menganalisis pengaruh insentif (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), mengetahui dan menjelaskan serta menganalisis pengaruh motivasi (Z) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) di PT. Sekawan Karyatama Mandiri Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif serta metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah (explanatory research). Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 66 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial berupa analisis jalur (path). Data ini di ambil dari data primer dan sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 responden PT. Sekawan Karyatama Mandiri Sidoarjo. Dalam penelitian ini variabel motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening yang berarti variabel perantara. Pengaruh secara langsung antara keselamatan, kesehatan kerja K3 dan insentif terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan pengaruh tidak langsung antara variabel keselamatan, kesehatan kerja K3 dan insetif terhadap variabel motivasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah keselamatan, kesehatan kerja K3 dan insentif lebih besar pengaruhnya tanpa harus melalui motivasi kerja.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze effect of occupational safety (X1) on work motivation (Z), describe and analyze effect of health (X2) on work motivation (Z), to describe and analyze effect of incentive (X3) on work motivation (Z), as well as to describe and analyze effect of occupational safety (X1) on employee performance (Y), describe and analyze effect of health (X2) on employee performance (Y), to describe and analyze effect of incentive (X3) on employee performance (Y) and describe and analyze the effect of work motivation (Z) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Sekawan Karyatama Mandiri Sidoarjo. Type of research used in this study is a quantitative and research methods are methods of explanation (explanatory research). Number of sample taken by 66 employees using slovin’s formula. This study using descriptive analyze and inferential analyze such as path analyze. The population in this research took 66 employees on PT. Sekawan Karyatama Mandiri Sidoarjo. In this study work motivation status as intervening variable. Directly influence the value of safety, health (K3) and incentive is higher than indirect influence between occupational safety, health, and incentive on work motivation. This means that safety, health, and incentive will be able rise performance without having to go through prior work motivation.
