Abstract
Salah satu Perusahaan agroindustri di Indonesia adalah PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX (PTPN IX) Kebun Jolotigo. Produk yang diproduksi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Jolotigo adalah teh hitam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan risiko utama dan strategi mitigasi risiko proses produksi teh hitam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah fuzzy FMEA dan fuzzy AHP. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 responden ahli yang terdiri dari mandor besar, koordinator produksi, dan asisten teknik dan pengolahan. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Jolotigo memiliki 14 risiko proses produksi teh hitam. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan fuzzy FMEA, didapatkan risiko tertinggi yaitu risiko kemasan teh yang menggelembung pada saat proses pengemasan dengan nilai FRPN 5.12. Berdasarkan kepada 14 risiko proses produksi teh hitam dilakukan pengolahan data lanjutan dengan menggunakan fuzzy AHP untuk menentukan alternatif strategi mitigasi risiko untuk saran perbaikan. Dari ketiga kriteria, kriteria mesin memiliki nilai tertinggi dengan nilai 0.508. Alternatif yang memiliki nilai tertinggi dari kriteria manusia adalah menerapkan sistem reward dan punishment kepada tenaga kerja dengan nilai 0.386. Alternatif yang memiliki nilai tertinggi dari kriteria mesin adalah melakukan inspeksi dan perawatan secara berkala dengan nilai 0.505 dan dari kriteria material, alternatif yang memiliki nilai tertinggi adalah perbaikan penanganan bahan baku dengan nilai 0.373.
English Abstract
One of the agroindustry companies in Indonesia is PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX (PTPN IX) Kebun Jolotigo. Products produced by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Jolotigo is black tea. This study aims to determine the main risks and risk mitigation strategies of black tea production process. The method used in this research is fuzzy FMEA and fuzzy AHP. This study used 3 expert respondents consisting of great foreman, coordinator production, and technical and processing assistant. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Jolotigo contains 14 risks of black tea production process. Based on the calculation using FMEA fuzzy, the highest risk is tea packaging becomes bubbly during packaging process with the value of FRPN 5.12. Based on 14 risks of black tea production process, advanced data processing using AHP fuzzy is used to determine alternative risk mitigation strategies for improvement suggestions. Of the three criteria, the criteria of the machine has the highest value with a value of 0,508. The alternative that has the highest value of human criteria is to apply reward and punishment system to the workers with a value of 0.386. The alternative that has the highest value of the criteria of the machine is to conduct periodic inspections and treatments with a value of 0.505 and from the criteria of the material, the alternative that has the highest value is to improved handling of raw materials with a value of 0.373.
