Abstract
Pegawai Negeri Sipil merupakan salah satu Aparatur Sipil Negara yang mempunyai hak dan kewajiban. Salah satu hak Pegawai Negeri Sipil yaitu cuti. Cuti adalah keadaan tidak masuk kerja yang diijinkan dalam jangka waktu tertentu yang merupakan hak setiap pegawai, cuti terdiri dari beberapa macam yaitu: cuti tahunan, cuti besar, cuti sakit, cuti bersalin, dan cuti karena alasan penting. Dari beberapa macam cuti tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai pelaksanaan cuti sakit. Dengan adanya Peraturan Pemerintah yang mengatur aturan tentang cuti sakit, seharusnya pelaksanaan Peraturan Pemerintah yang mengatur aturan tentang cuti sakit harus sesuai. Namun, dari beberapa Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kota Malang belum memahami maksud dan tujuan dari aturan tentang cuti sakit tersebut.
English Abstract
Civil is the one of the state civil apparatus who has the right and obligation. One of the civil namely leave. Leave is a state of did not come to work that allowed in a certain term is the right of every employes, leave consisting some kinds: the regular leave, the great leave, the sick leave, the maternity leave, and family emergency leave. Some kinds of leave, writer conducted research on the implementation of the sick leave.With the government regulation that set rules about sick leave, should the implementation of the government regulation that set rules about sick leave has to be in accordance. But, some civil servants in the city poor did not understand the purpose of rules about the sick leave.
