Abstract
Klinik Mutiara Sehat merupakan klinik penyelenggara fasilitas kesehatan tahap pertama yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Dalam melakukan pelayanan kesehatan dibutuhkan dukungan teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi dengan BPJS Kesehatan sehingga, dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan serta mempermudah klinik dalam melakukan pelayanan pasien. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dukungan teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi dengan BPJS Kesehatan, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi rekam medis dimulai dengan melakukan analisis persyaratan dengan hasil identifikasi kemampuan sistem yang divisualisasikan ke dalam diagram use case. Selanjutnya, perancangan sistem informasi dilakukan dan menghasilkan model objek, model interaksi objek dalam notasi UML, rancangan basis data dan rancangan web service. Kemudian, implementasi dilakukan dan menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Rekam Medis berbasis web yang menyediakan fungsi pelayanan kesehatan yang terintegrasi dengan BPJS Kesehatan dan pengelolahan data rekam medis hasil pemeriksaan pasien. Selanjutnya, pengujian sistem dilakukan terhadap Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis yang menyatakan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah teridentifikasi.
English Abstract
Klinik Mutiara Sehat is a first phase health facility clinic that cooperate with BPJS Kesehatan. In performing health services, support of information technology health services required support of information technology integrated with information systems with BPJS Kesehatan so that, can improve health service and facilitate clinic in doing patient service To fulfill the need of integrated information technology support with information system with BPJS Health, his research is done by conducting the development of medical record information system started by doing requirement analysis with the result of system capability identification, visualized into the use case diagram. After that, the information system designed and generate the object model, object interaction model in UML notation, database design and web service design. Then, the implementation is done and produce a Web Based Medical Record Information System that provides integrated health service function with BPJS Health and medical record data of patient examination result tabulation. Furthermore, system testing conducted on Medical Record Information System which states that the system developed can run in accordance with the requirements that have been identified.
