Abstract
Peternakan merupakan subsektor dari pertanian yang berperan penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan protein hewani. Usaha sektor peternakan khususnya ayam ras petelur merupakan usaha yang memiliki perkembangan yang cukup pesat. Sehingga analisis kelayakan investasi sangatlah penting dalam upaya pengambilan keputusan dan berinvestasi, karena dapat mengetahui analisis arus biaya dan pendapatan dari peternakan ayam petelur. Apabila investasi ini menguntungkan maka dikatakan layak untuk dilaksanakan, begitu pula sebaliknya. Konsep penelitian usaha untuk mengetahui usaha tersebut layak untuk di investasi atau tidak layak dapat diketahui dengan menghitung Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (B/C) dan Payback Period (PBP). Analisa data yang viii digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisa deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Strain ayam yang digunakan di PT.Panca Patriot Prima adalah strain ayam hy-line sedangkan untuk kandang menggunakan kandang open house. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai Payback Period (PBP) 7.75, 7.38 dan 7.54 hasil ini menunjukkan kondisi usaha berada dalam kondisi cukup baik yang mana usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan karena jangka waktu yang kurang dari umur investasi yang telah ditentukan yaitu 8 tahun. Hasil perhitungan NPV yang didapatkan sebesar 1.30 pada tahun 2014. 1.28 pada tahun 2015 dan 1.26 pada tahun 2016. Begitu juga nilai Net b/c yang lebih dari 1 yaitu 1.3 sehingga dapat memenuhi syarat layak yang memang harus lebih dari 1. Hasil perhitungan IRR menunjukkan pengembalian investasi lebih dari discount rate yang telah ditentukkan sebesar 31.8%. 31.3% dan 30.3%. Kemudian prosentase telur produksi dari PT. Panca Patriot Prima nilai prosentase terendah pada tahun 2014 bulan januari yaitu 76%. prosentase tertinggi pada tahun 2015 di bulan agustus yaitu 88% dan pada tahun 2016 dibulan desember yaitu 88%.
English Abstract
Farms is one of the subsector of agriculture that has important role in fullfilling the need of animals protein. Farming bussiness espesially for laying hens farming is one of the bussiness which grows so fast nowadays, as the result, the appropriateness analysis of laying hens farming bussiness invesment need to be done in order to make a good decision and to invest,because it can show the from laying hens farming. If the investment is valuable so it appropriates to be run, so as the opposite. The concept of this researt is to obtain wheter the bussiness is apportunate to be invested or not by calculating NPV, IRR, B/C and PBP. This researh also uses descriptive and quantity analysismethod. Laying hens strain which is used in PT. PANCA PATRIOT PRIMA is by line laying hen’s strain. While for cattle pen, this researh uses open hause cattle pen. From the result of study it can be shown that the scores of PBB are 7.75, 7.38 and 754. This result indicating that the bussiness conditions is in a good enough condition which is opportunate to be run because the project is vi conducted in a relatively short time which below the standrat period investment which is 8 years. The result of NPV calculation 454.3 in 2014, 7.28 in 2015, and 1.26 in 2016. So as the score of net B/C which is 1,3. It fullfils the appropriat ness criteria. The calculation of IRR shows that investment payback is more that discount rate . they are 31,8 %, 31,3 % and 30,3%. Then the lowe percentage of eggs production is on january 2014 which is 76%, in the other hard, higher presentage is an August 2015 which is 88%. The is 88% on Desember 2016 highest percentage.
