Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel stres kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional secara simultan maupun parsial, serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan GraPari Telkomsel Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research (penjelasan) atau dikenal juga sebagai pengujian hipotesis untuk mengetahui tinggi rendahnya pengaruh variabel bebas Stres Kerja (X1) dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X2) terhadap variabel terikat kinerja karyawan (Y). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Kemudian untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji F, uji t, dan uji dominan. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel Stres Kerja (X1) dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X2) secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh pada Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Dari kedua variabel bebas tersebut yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) yaitu variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X2). Kemudian, dilihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh antar variabel sebesar 0,423 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Stres Kerja (X1) dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 42,3% sedangkan sisanya 57,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel yang tidak terdeteksi dalam penelitian ini.

This explanatory research, known as hypothesis testing, measures the influence of work stress (X1) and transformational leadership (X2) on employee performance (Y). The sample of this research is 50 people. This study uses multiple linear regression and a classical assumption test, which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis is assessed using F-test, t test, and dominance test. The results of multiple regression analysis show that work stress (X1) and transformational leadership (X2) simultaneously and partially influence employee performance (Y) and that transformational leadership (X2) has the dominant influence. The adjusted R squared value is 0.423, which means that the influence work stress (X1) and transformational leadership (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 42.3%. The remaining 57,7% is described by variables not included in this research.
