Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research, yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan hubungan satu variabel dengan variabel yang lain. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 135 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Pos indonesia (Persero) Kota Kediri telah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan trasformasional dan komitmen organisasi dengan baik.

English Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance partially. This explanatory research describes the relationship among variables. The data of this study are collected through questionnaire distributed 135 respondents and are analyzed using multiple linear regression and classical assumption test, which includes normality test, multicollionearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis is assessed using t test. The results of this study are (1) that transformational leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance and (2) that organizational commitment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. This shows that PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kediri has well applied transformational leadership style and organizational commitment.
