Abstract
Pekerjaan plesteran adalah salah satu item pekerjaan yang memerlukan banyak bahan campuran serta area luas. Oleh karena itu pekerjaan plesteran memerlukan pekerja dengan tingkat produktivitas yang baik sehingga waktu pekerjaan dan biaya yang dibutuhkan dapat dioptimalkan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan oleh standar yang telah ditentukan pada Permen PU 2013 dengan beberapa komposisi jumlah tenaga kerja menggunakan metode work study. Objek penelitian berupa dinding pagar pembatas seluas 200 m2 dengan tinggi 2 m dan bentang 100 m. Kelompok kerja yang diamati sebanyak 3 kelompok dengan masingmasing komposisi 1 tukang dan 1 helper, 1 tukang dan 2 helper serta 1 tukang dan 3 helper. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mencatat waktu kerja masing-masing kelompok kerja dalam menyelesaikan 1 m2 pasangan plesteran dinding dengan komposisi campuran 1PC:4PP. Perbandingan dilakukan terhadap produktivitas serta efisiensi yang dihasilkan tiap kelompok kerja sehingga didapatkan kelompok kerja yang bekerja secara optimal yang dapat diterapkan di lapangan. Kelompok kerja dengan komposisi tukang:helper 1:2 merupakan kelompok kerja yang paling optimal dengan nilai produktivitas 4,26 m2/jam sedangkan produktivitas menurut standar Permen PU 2013 hanya 1,33 m2/jam. Menurut standar Permen PU 2013 biaya pekerjaan per 1 m2 plesteran dinding sebesar Rp. 71,746 sedangkan di lapangan kelompok kerja komposisi 1:2 memerlukan biaya Rp. 30,274 sehingga dapat dilakukan penghematan sebesar Rp. 41,472/m2.
English Abstract
Wall plastering is one of the work items that require a lot of mixed materials as well as wide area. Therefore, wall plastering requires workers with a good level of productivity so that the work time and cost required can be optimized. In this study, the comparison is made by the predetermined standard at Permen PU 2013 with some composition of workforce using work study method. The object of research is a guardrail wall of 200 m2 with a height of 2 m and 100 m span. Working groups observed were 3 groups with each composition of 1 artisan and 1 worker, 1 artisan and 2 workers and 1 artisan and 3 workers. Observations were made by recording the working time of each working group in accomplishing 1 m2 wall plaster with a mixture composition of 1PC: 4PP. Comparison is done to the productivity and efficiency that resulted from each working group so that the working group that work optimally can be applied in the field. Working group with artisan : worker composition of 1:2 is the most optimal working group with productivity value 4,26 m2/hour while productivity according to Permen PU 2013 standard is only 1.33 m2/ hour. According to the Permen PU 2013 standard the cost of work per 1m2 of wall plastering is Rp. 71,746 whereas in the field, work group composition 1: 2 cost Rp. 30,274 so the cost of work can be reduced by Rp. 41,472/m2.
