Abstract
Penulisan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi bagi HM Istana Busana Muslim” dengan menggunakan pendekatan business model canvas (BMC) dan model bisnis Un-bundling, serta untuk mengetahui keadaan internal dan eksternal dengan menggunakan kanvas yang dimiliki oleh business model canvas (BMC) yang terdiri dari 9 blok dan model bisnis Un-bundling yang terdiri dari 3 jenis bisnis inti. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan teknik triangulasi untuk menguji kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan cara mengecek data kepada sumber yang sama tetapi dengan menggunakan teknik yang berbeda. Tiga metode yang berbeda yaitu wawancara secara langsung dan tak langsung, kemudian melakukan observasi kelapangan, dan yang terakhir adalah dokumentasi Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa HM Istana Busana Muslim cocok menggunakan salah satu strategi dari Model Bisnis Un-bundling, yaitu Model Bisnis Hubungan Pelanggan, yang berarti perusahaan harus mampu mencari pelanggan sebanyak mungkin dan melayani mereka dengan baik.
English Abstract
This research aims to formulate strategy for HM Istana Busana Muslim using Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Un-bundling business model as well as to identify the internal and external condition of the company using canvas of Business Model Canvas (BMC) that consisting of nine blocks and Un-bundling business model that consists of three core business types. Triangulation, which was done by confirming the data to the same source using different techniques, was used to test data credibility. The techniques are direct and indirect interviews, field observations, and documentations. The result of this research shows that HM Istana Busana Muslim should use one of the Un-bundling business models, namely Customer Connection. It means that the company should find customers as many as possible and serve them well.
