Abstract

Sustainability Balanced Scorecard adalah sistem manajemen strategi yang telah dikembangkan untuk fokus terhadap aspek berdasarkan Balanced Scorecard. Pengukuran kinerja perusahaan menggunakan metode Sustainability Balanced Scorecarddilihat dari lima perspektif, yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif perspektif pembelajaran-pertumbuhan, dan perspektif sosial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan perspektif keuangan termasuk dalam katergori cukup berhasil, berdasarkan perspektif pelanggan termasuk dalam kategori belum cukup berhasil, berdasarkan perspektif proses bisnis internal termasuk dalam kategori cukup berhasil, berdasarkan perspektif pembelajaran-pertumbuhan termasuk dalam kategori berhasil, dan berdasarkan perspektif sosial termasuk dalam kategori berhasil. Analisis hasil pengukuran kinerja pada PT.PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur termasuk kedalam kategori baik meskipun belum stabil, karena pada masing-masing perspektif masih ditemukan beberapa indikator yang tidak sesuai target.Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Timur sudah cukup berhasil dalam hal pencapaian kinerja.

English Abstract

Sustainability Balanced Scorecard is a strategy management system that has been developed to focus on aspects based on Balanced Scorecard. The measurement of corporate performance using Sustainability Balanced Scorecard method is seen from five perspectives, which are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, perspective of learning-growth perspective, and social perspective. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive research method. The results of data processing show that based on financial perspective included in quite successful category, based on customer perspective included in has not been quite successfulcategory, based on internal business process perspective included in good category, based on learning-growth perspective included in successcategory, and based on social perspective included in successcategory. Analysis of performance measurement results at PT.PLN (Persero) Distribution East Java included into good category although not yet stable, because in each perspective still found some indicators still has not reached the expected target. So it can be concluded that PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution East Java has been quite successful in terms of performance achievement.
