Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai bagaimana implementasi CSV di suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis laporan pembangunan keberlanjutan suatu perusahaan dengan guidelines CSV yang telah diterapkan oleh Mitsui Trust Holdings, Inc. dan industri rumah makan di Swedia. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada salah satu perusahaan semen ketiga terbesar di Indonesia yaitu PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program CSV pada perusahaan dibagi menjadi tiga aspek, yaitu ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Aspek ekonomi mencakup pembangunan infrastruktur dan hal yang mempengaruhi perusahaan maupun masyarakat dari segi ekonomi. Aspek lingkungan dilihat dari penggunaan sumber daya dan emisi yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan dan cara perusahaan meminimalisir hal tersebut. Aspek sosial diidentifikasikan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan sosial, keselamatan kerja pegawai, dan yang menyangkut hak-hak pegawai.
English Abstract
The objective of this research is to provide information about the implementation of CSV at a company. This research was done by comparing the sustainable development report of a company with CSV guidelines applied by Mitsui Trust Holdings, Inc. and restaurant industry in Sweden. This research focuses on one of three largest cement companies in Indonesia, that is PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk. This study uses secondary data that are analyzed through content analysis method. The results of this study shows that the implementation of CSV at the company is divided into three aspects; they are economy, environment, and social. The economic aspect includes infrastructure development and anything that affects the company and the society in terms of economy. The environmental aspect is seen from resources usage, emissions caused by the company’s operation, and the way the company minimizes it. The social aspect is identified through social activities, the safety of employees, and anything about employee’s rights.
