Abstract
Aspek sirkulasi ruang dalam merupakan aspek penting dalam bangunan yang berpengaruh dalam mengarahkan pengguna bangunan menuju fungsi yang ada di dalamnya. Sirkulasi ruang dalam pasar membantu menentukan alur pencapaian pengunjung dalam beraktivitas. Aktivitas pengguna dalam melakukan kegiatan jual beli mengalami hambatan seperti terjadi desakan di titik-titik tertentu pada koridor pasar, mengindikasikan bahwa terjadi permasalahan sirkulasi pada ruang dalam Pasar Tawangmangu. Untuk mengetahui penyebab permasalahan sirkulasi dilakukan penilaian sirkulasi sesuai dengan kriteria penataan pasar tradisional. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan bersifat kualititatif, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dilakukan pengamatan dengan aspek koridor dan aspek akses sebagai variabel. Sub variabel pada aspek koridor adalah konfigurasi jalur, dimensi, elemen pembentuk ruang dan fungsi. Sedangkan sub variabel pada aspek akses adalah dimensi, elemen pembentuk ruang dan fungsi. Dengan menilai sub variabel dengan 6 kriteria penataan pasar tradisional yaitu aksesibilitas, keamanan, kenyamanan, estetika, kesehatan dan kecukupan, hasil yang didapat adalah menemukan penyebab permasalahan pada sirkulasi pasar. Pada masing-masing sub variabel, 2 kriteria dengan hasil penilaian terendah akan dianggap sebagai permasalahan. 2 nilai terendah pada masing-masing sub variabel akan diprosentasekan dan diurutkan untuk menemukan permasalahan utama pada setiap variabel. Kajian menunjukan bahwa penyebab permasalahan sirkulasi adalah terjadinya perubahan fungsi sirkulasi elemen pembentuk ruang yang masih belum memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Pada aspek koridor, nilai terendah penilaian terletak pada penilaian fungsi, elemen pembentuk ruang (perabot), elemen pembentuk ruang lantai dan langit-langit serta konfigurasi jalur. Sedangkan pada aspek akses, nilai terendah penilaian terletak pada penilaian fungsi, elemen pembentuk ruang (perabot) dan bukaan. Perubahan fungsi sirkulasi disebabkan oleh penyalahgunaan peruntukan sirkulasi yang seharusnya untuk sirkulasi manusia menjadi area perdagangan dan sirkulasi kendaraan.
English Abstract
Indoor space circulation aspect is an important aspect in the building, which is influential in directing the user to the building. There are indoor circulation problem within Tawangmangu Market indicated by jammed circulation at certain points in the market corridor. To know the cause of circulation problem is done by circulation research in accordance with criteria of arrangement of traditional market. Data collection methods are qualitative, and analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis method. The study showed that the cause of the circulation problem is the change of function of circulation of space forming element which still has not fulfilled user requirement. The variable of research are the corridor aspect and the access aspect. Sub variable of corridor aspect is the configuration of path, dimension, space and function elements. While the sub variable of access aspect is the dimension, the element of space and function. By assessing sub variable with 6 criteria of traditional market arrangement (accessibility, security, comfort, aesthetics, health and sufficiency) the result are used to find the cause of problem at market circulation. In each sub variable, two criteria with the lowest assessment result will be considered as the problem. Two lowest values in each sub variable will be pro- pressed and sorted to find the main problem in each variable. The study showed that the cause of the circulation problem is the change of function of the circulation of space-forming elements that still has not fulfilled the needs of the users. In the corridor aspect, the lowest value of the assessment lies in the assessment of functions, the elements of space (furniture), the elements of element (the floor and ceiling) and the configuration of the path. While on the access aspect, the lowest value of the assessment lies in the assessment of functions, the elements of space (furniture) and openings. Changes in circulatory function are caused by the misuse of the circulation that is supposed to be used by people as the building users while in Tawangmangu Market the circulation are being used as trading area and vehicle circulation.
