Abstract
Pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance menjadi suatu program kerja yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh sebuah perusahaan. Maka dari itu penulis melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan prinsip tangungjawab dan prinsip kewajaran good governance sesuai dengan pasal 3 Peraturan menteri BUMN Nomor ;PER-09/MBU/2012 dengan menggunakan beberapa indikator untuk mengetahui hasil dalam pelaksanaan di perusahaan tersebut. Karena dari pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsipnya perusahaan bisa mengukur tentang efektif kah perusahaan dalam menjalankan good corprate governance. Berdasarkan latar belakang penelitian, dirumuskanlah dua rumusan masalah yaitu tentang pelaksanaan pasal 3 terkait prinsip tanggungjawab dan kewajaran Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN Nomor:PER-09/MBU/2012 di PT INKA Multi Solusi Service.Apa hambatan dan Upaya dalam pelaksanaan prinsip tanggungjawab dan prinsip kewajaran good corporate governance pada PT Inka Multi Solusi Service. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum metode yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Penggunaan jenis penelitian empiris ini dapat dilihat dari dua aspek yaitu aspek yuridis penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Pelaksanaan pasal 3 terkait prinsip tanggungjawab dan kewajaran Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN Nomor:PER-09/MBU/2012. Sedangkan aspek empiris ialah menganalisa pelaksanaan prinsip tanggungjawab dan prinsip kewajaran good corporate governance pada PT Inka Multi Solusi Service. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Pelaksanaan pasal 3 terkait prinsip tanggungjawab dan kewajaran Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN Nomor:PER-09/MBU/2012 di PT INKA Multi Solusi Service belum dikatakan berjalan dengan efektif karena belum bisa melaksanakan dengan baik kedua prinsip good corporate governance serta masih ditemukannya beberapa hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaanya tetapi telah dituliskan oleh penulis upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut agar dapat menjalankan kedua prinsip good corporate governance dengan efektif.dan membuat perusahaannya dapat menjalankan kinerjanya dengan baik dan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan good corporate governance yang berlaku.
