Abstract
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengekplorasi pengaruh modal intelektual dan komitmen organisasional terhadap pembelajaran organisasi dan kinerja organisasi yang dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi. Disain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan explanatory. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan jumlah populasi program studi universitas swasta di Kopertis Wilayah III Jakarta sebanyak 796 dari 56 universitas namun data terkumpul sebanyak 134 program studi. Responden yang menjadi sampel adalah ketua program studi universitas swasta di Kopertis Wilayah III Jakarta. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah WarpPLS 5.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual dan komitmen organisasional mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelajaran organisasi dan kinerja organisasi. Pembelajaran organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi sebagian pada pengaruh modal intelektual dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja organisasi. Budaya organisasi bukan moderasi untuk hubungan modal intelektual terhadap kinerja organisasi, sebagai moderasi positif untuk hubungan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan bukan moderasi untuk hubungan pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi para pimpinan universitas Kopertis Wilayah III Jakarta dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran organisasi dan kinerja organisasi melalui modal intelektual dan komitment organisasional yang dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah sampel hanya pada level ketua program studi universitas swasta di Kopertis Wilayah III Jakarta, sedangkan untuk mengekplorasi pengaruh modal intelektual dan komitmen organisasional terhadap pembelajaran organisasi dan kinerja organisasi yang dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi seharusnya melibatkan para dosen, mahasiswa dan stakeholder universitas. Orisinalitas penelitian ini adalah memberikan dasar konseptual yang terintegrasi antara hubungan modal intelektual dan komitmen organisasional terhadap pembelajaran organisasi dan kinerja organisasi yang dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi.
English Abstract
The aim of this research is to explore the influence of intellectual capital and organizational commitment to organizational learning and Organization’s performance that is moderated by organizational culture. The design of this research uses explanatory approach. The data collecting made in this research by using survey method. Sampling technique used in this research is random sampling with the number of population of study program in private universities in compound III of DKI Jakarta as many as 796 study programs of 56 universities, however, there are only 134 study programs. Respondents that become samples are the heads of programs in private universities in Compound III of DKI Jakarta, Analysis Method used in this research is WarpPL5.0 The result of the research shows that intellectual capital and organizational capital has positive and significant impact to organizational learning and organization’s performance. Organizational learning as mediated variable partly on the impact of intellectual capital and organizational commitment to organization’s performance. Organizational culture is not moderation for intellectual capital to organization’s performance, as positive moderation for organizational commitment to organization’s performance, and is not moderation for organizational learning to organization’s performance. Implication of practical research is to give knowledge and understanding to the leaders of private universities in compound III of DKI Jakarta in improving organizational learning and organization’s performance trough intellectual capital and organizational commitment that is moderated by organizational culture. The limited research is a sample on the level of the heads of study programs in private universities in compound III of DKI Jakarta, while exploring the influence of intellectual capital and organizational commitment to organizational learning and organization’s performance that is moderated by organizational culture should involve lecturers, students, and stakeholders of the university. The originality of the research is to give basic concept that is integrated between correlation of intellectual capital and organizational commitment to organizational learning and organization’s performance that is moderated by organizational culture.
