Abstract

Dalam buku skripsi ini menguraikan tentang hasil penelitian distribusi tegangan, arus bocor dan distribusi medan listrik pada isolator karet silikon tipe pos pada jaringan tegangan 20 kV. Metode akan yang digunakan ialah menguji isolator karet silikon pada kondisi kering dan mensimulasikan menggunakan Finite Element Method Magnetics (FEMM). Variabel yang diuji adalah tegangan uji dan titik pengamatan. Dari pengujian distribusi tegangan, persentase tegangan pada titik pengamatan ke-1 sebesar 82,15%, titik pengamatan ke-2 sebesar 4,37%, titik pengamatan ke-3 sebesar 4,39% titik pengamatan ke-4 sebesar 2,30%, titik pengamatan ke-5 sebesar 1,31%, titik pengamatan ke-6 sebesar 0,62% dan titik pengamatan ke-7 sebesar 4,48%. Pada tegangan 5,05 kV nilai arus bocor pada setiap titik pengamatan sebesar 7,50 μA sampai 3,34 μA, pada tegangan 10,05 kV nilai arus bocornya 15,40 μA sampai 6,20 μA, pada tegangan 15,03 kV nilai arus bocornya 23,33 μA sampai 11,30 μA, pada tegangan 20,05 kV nilai arus bocornya 14,01 μA sampai 30,80 μA. Dari pengujian distribusi tegangan dan pengujian arus bocor maka dapat diperoleh nilai impedansi permukaan pada setiap titik pengamatan. Dengan tegangan sumber 20 kV nilai impedansi permukaan pada titik pengamatan ke-1 adalah 1172.7

English Abstract

In this study describes the research of the distribution of voltage, leakage current and electric field distribution on the insulators silicone rubber post type on the network voltage of 20 kV. The method used were tested silicone rubber isolator under dry conditions and simulate using Finite Element Method Magnetics (FEMM). The variables tested were test voltages and observation points. From the stress distribution test, percentage of stress at 1st observation point is 82.15%, 2nd observation point 4.37%, the 3rd observation point 4.39%, 4th observation point 2.30%, 5th observation point 1.31%, 6th observation point 0.62% and 7th observation point 4.48%. At a voltage of 5.05 kV the value of leakage current at each observation point of 7.50 μA to 3.34 μA, at a voltage of 10.05 kV the value of leakage current 15.40 μA to 6.20 μA, at 15.03 kV voltage value leakage current 23.33 μA to 11.30 μA, at voltage 20.05 kV value leakage current 14.01 μA to 30.80 μA. From testing the stress distribution and leakage current testing it can be obtained surface impedance value at each point of observation. With a source voltage of 20 kV the surface impedance value at 1st observation point is 1172.7 MΩ, 2nd observation point 62.39 MΩ, 3rd observation point 62.71 MΩ, 4th observation point 32.78 MΩ, 5th observation point 18.68 MΩ, and 6th observation point 8.74 MΩ and 7th point of observation is 69.67 MΩ, total surface impedance value of the whole isolator is 1427.57 MΩ. In the simulation of electric field distribution using FEMM with a 20 kV voltage source, the field distribution of each observation point with the highest terrain distribution is 162,721 kV/m.
