Abstract

Plant tangki air 73426 merupakan salah satu prototipe di Laboratorium Sistem Kontrol Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Pengontrolan plant tangki air 73426 dilakukan menggunakan kontroler digital karena kontroler digital memiliki banyak keuntungan dibandingkan kontroler analog, diantaranya memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik, biaya yang rendah, dan tahan terhadap noise. Penerapan metode kontrol rasio dilakukan agar respon sistem memiliki error steady state (offset) yang kurang dari atau sama dengan 2 %. Pencarian parameter Kp, Ki, dan Kd, serta model sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Ziegle-Nichols dengan memberi masukan berupa unit step dan mendapatkan respon membentuk huruf S. Kurva yang membentuk huruf S dikarakteristikkan menjadi dua konstata, yaitu waktu tunda L dan konstanta waktu T, dilanjutkan dengan pencarian parameter kontrol PID melalui tabel penalaan Ziegler– Nichols, didapatkan nilai parameter kontroler PID Kp = 3,46 Ki = 0,96 dan Kd = 3,11. Dari hasil simulasi dengan setpoint 60oC, diperoleh respon temperatur error steady state 0,062%, respon level error steady state 0,085%, dan rasio level dan temperatur pada plant tangki air 73426 sebesar 0,5.

English Abstract

73426 Water Tank plant is one of prototype in Control System Laboratory of Malang Brawijaya University. The control of the water tank plant 73426 is carried out using a digital controller because the digital controller has many advantages over analog controllers, including having better performance, lower cost, and noise resistance. The application of ratio control method is done so that the system response has steady state error (offset) less or equal than 2%. The parameters of Kp, Ki, and Kd, and system model are using Ziegle-Nichols method by giving input in step unit and get S form respone. The curves that make the letter S are characterized into two constants, the delay time L and the time constant T, Followed by the search of PID control parameters through the Ziegler-Nichols tuning table, obtained PID controller parameter values Kp = 3.46 Ki = 0.96 and Kd = 3.11. From the simulation result with setpoint 60oC, temperature response obtained with steady state error 0,062%, response of level has error of steady state 0,085%, and the ratio of level and temperature at water tank 73426 is 0,5.
