Bintoro, Mohamad Salju (2017) Hubungan Kenaikan Tekanan Darah Saat Senam Aerobik Dengan Waktu Pemulihan Tekanan Darah Pada Peserta Senam Aerobik Car Free Day Ijen Kota Malang. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.

Abstract

Pemulihan Tekanan Darah Setelah Latihan Fisik Merupakan Indeks Penting Dari Respon Sistem Kardiovaskular Terhadap Stres Fisik. Waktu Pemulihan Tekanan Darah Dapat Dipengaruhi Oleh Kenaikan Tekanan Darah. Kenaikan Tekanan Darah Saat Beraktifitas Sangat Dibutuhkan Untuk Mensuplai Oksigen Dan Nutrisi Pada Jaringan Dan Organ Yang Membutuhkan. Tujuan Dari Penelitian Ini Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Kenaikan Tekanan Darah Saat Senam Aerobik Dengan Waktu Pemulihan Tekanan Darah. Sampel Dari Penelitian Ini Berjumlah 79 Responden Dipilih Menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Analisis Data Menggunakan Uji Statistic Spearman Rho. Hasil Uji Yang Didapatkan Dari Variabel Tekanan Darah Dengan Waktu Pemulihan Sistolik Bahwa P-Value 0,000 Dan Nilai Korelasi 0,516, Sedangkan Pada Variabel Kenaikan Tekanan Darah Diastolik Dengan Waktu Pemulihan Tekanan Darah Diastolik Bahwa P-Value 0,002 Dan Nilai Korelasi 0,343. Kesimpulan Penelitian Ini Semakin Tinggi Kenaikan Tekanan Darah Saat Senam Aerobik Semakin Lama Waktu Pemulihan Tekanan Darah. Disarankan Bagi Peneliti Selanjutnya Perlu Dilakukan Pengukuran Indeks Massa Tubuh Sebelum Senam Dan Memperhatikan Berakhirnya Fase Inti Saat Senam Aerobik.

English Abstract

Recovery of blood pressure after physical exercise is an important index of the cardiovascular system's response to physical stress. Blood pressure recovery time might be affected by an increase in blood pressure. Increased blood pressure during exercise was needed to supply oxygen and nutrients to tissues and organs that require. The aim of this study was to determine the association of increase in blood pressure during aerobic exercise with blood pressure recovery time. The sample of this research were 79 respondents selected by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used Spearman Rho statistic test. The test result was obtained from blood pressure variable with systolic recovery time that p-value 0.000 and correlation value 0,516, whereas in variable of diastolic blood pressure increase with diastolic blood pressure recovery time that p-value 0,002 and correlation value 0,343. The conclusion of this study the higher the rise in blood pressure during aerobic exercise the longer the blood pressure recovery time. Suggested for further research needs to take measurements of body mass index prior to exercise and pay attention to the end of the core phase at aerobic exercise.
