Abstract
Persepsi risiko terhadap luka tertusuk jarum merupakan pandangan dan pemahaman subyektif kemungkinan terjadinya sesuatu kecelakaan dengan dampak negatif tertusuk jarum suntik, sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap keselamatan perawat dan keselamatan pasien. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisa persepsi risiko dengan luka tertusuk jarum di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) RS dr.Soepraoen dan RS Islam Aisyiyah Malang. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan studi cross-sectional. Sampel dipilih dengan pendekatan total sampling, sebanyak 31 orang. Instrumen pengambilan data dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji spearman. Hasil uji didapatkan bahwa p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,803 terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi risiko dengan luka tertusuk jarum. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi risiko dengan terjadinya luka tertusuk jarum dapat berdampak negatif jika persepsi tersebut tidak baik, sehingga luka tertusuk jarum dapat dengan mudah terjadi. Saran dari peneliti perlu adanya penanganan dan evaluasi lebih lanjut dari komite pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi (PPI) rumah sakit untuk menanggulangi kejadian luka tertusuk jarum. Diharapkan prevalensi luka tertusuk jarum akan menurun, sehingga akan meningkatkan keselamatan perawat dan keselamatan pasien.
English Abstract
The risk of perception to the Impaled Needlestick Injury is a subjective view and understanding of probability the occurrence of accidents with something negative impact to inject needle impaled, so it was had an effected on the safety of nurses and patient safety. The purpose of this study to analyzed the risk of perceptions with the Impaled Needlestick Injury in the installation of Emergency in dr. Soepraoen Hospital and Islam Aisyiyah Hospital Malang. The research methods by used descriptive correlative with cross-sectional of study approach. The sample was selected with the sampling completely approach, as many as 31 people. Instrument retrieval of the data by used a questionnaire sheet. The results of research by used the spearman test. Test result is obtained that the p-value 0.05 and values 0.000 < correlation of coefficient 0.803 there is a significant relationship between the risk of perception with the Impaled Needlestick Injury. The conclusion in this research, is the risk of perception with the occurrence of Impaled Needlestick Injury can negatively affect if the perception is not good, so the Impaled Needlestick Injury can easily occur. Advice from researchers need for treatment and further evaluation of the Committee for prevention and infection of control, the hospital to cope with the incident Impaled Needlestick Injury. The prevalence expected of Impaled Needlestick Injury will decrease, so that will increased the safety of nurses and patient safety.
