Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, dan kegunaan persepsian terhadap kepuasan pengguna Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah (SIKD). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga meneliti peran mediasi kegunaan persepsian pada pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIKD. Teori yang digunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone dan McLean (2003) dan model kesuksesan sistem informasi Seddon dan Kiew (1996). Data didapatkan dari 147 staf pengelola keuangan daerah di seluruh Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) di Pemerintah Kota Batu. Sampel dipilih dengan metode judgment sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan Software WarpPLS 5.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan, pertama, kualitas informasi dan kegunaan persepsian berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Kedua, kegunaan persepsian berhasil memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Semakin baik kualitas informasi dan semakin tinggi kepercayaan pengguna bahwa sistem informasi bermanfaat akan senantiasa meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Selanjutnya, meningkatnya kepercayaan pengguna bahwa sistem informasi tersebut bermanfaat disebabkan oleh kualitas informasi yang baik sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan strategis yang pada akhirnya berdampak meningkatnya kepuasan pengguna.
English Abstract
This study aims to prove empirically the influence of system quality, information quality, service quality, and perceived usefulness to user satisfaction of Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah (SIKD). In addition, this study also examines mediating role of perceived usefulness on the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality to user satisfaction. This study using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), IS Success Model DeLone and McLean (2003), and IS Success Model Seddon and Kiew (1996). Data were gathered from 147 financial unit staff in Pemerintah Kota Batu. The samples selected by judgment sampling method. Analysis technique using PLS (Partial Least Square) with WarpPLS 5.0 software The findings of this study, first, the better of information quality and the higher of perceived usefulness will increase user satisfaction. Second, perceived usefulness does play a mediating role in the effect of information quality on user satisfaction. The better of information quality and the higher perceived that information system useful will improve user satisfaction. Furthermore, the increasing perceived of users that the information system is useful due to the good information quality, so it can be used for strategic decision making and finally impact to user satisfaction.
