Abstract
Kota Malang merupakan salah satu kota yang mendukung agenda prioritas nasional “nawa cita” terkait pengembangan industri kreatif. Kuliner merupakan salah satu sub sektor industri kreatif yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan bagi perekonomian Kota Malang, salah satuya ialah kuliner khas Kota Malang. Penelitin ini ditujukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui visi dan misi, strategi, dan rencana aksi pengembangan industri kreatif kuliner khas Kota Malang. Pengembangan industri kreatif kuliner khas Kota Malang membutuhkan adanya perencanaan, metode perencanaan yang digunakan merupakan perencanaan strategis dengan alat analisis value proposition, critical success factor, dan SWOT. Value proposition yang dihasilkan ialah product leadership yang menjadi acuan perumusan visi dan misi. Terdapat empat misi dan tujuh strategi, dan sembilan belas poin yang terfokus pada pengembangan sumberdaya manusia dan sarana pendukung, peningkatan penggunaan teknologi, peningkatan kualitas bahan baku, dan perluasan jangkauan pemasaran.
English Abstract
Malang is one of the cities that support the national priority agenda "nawa cita" related to the development of creative industries. Culinary is one of the sub sectors of creative industries that have a significant impact for the economy of Malang City, one of a typical culinary of Malang. This reasearch aimed to know the vision and mission, strategy, and action plan of creative industries development typical culinary of Malang. Development of creative industries typical culinary of Malang requires the planning, the planning method used is strategic planning with value proposition analysis tools, critical success factors, and SWOT. The value proposition generated product leadership value which became the reference for the formulation of vision and mission. There are four missions, seven strategies, and nineteen point of action plans that focus on the development of human resources and facilites, improving technology usage,quality improvement of raw material, and expanding the market.
