Abstract
Keberadaan Batu Night Spectacular yang saat ini memiliki daya tarik sendiri bagi para pengunjungnya, serta masyarakat. Dimana banyak memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar Batu Night Spectacular pada khususnya. Dengan adanya Batu Night Spectacular tersebut memberikan perubahan besar baik pada aspek sosial maupun aspek ekonomi. Karena pembangunan pariwisata ikut berperan dalam pergerakan perekonomian sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, seperti terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan baru, kesempatan berusaha bagi masyarakat dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarkat itu sendiri. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan, yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak sosial dan ekonomi, respon pemerintah, serta faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat terhadap keberadaan Batu Night Spectacular. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu, dengan menjelaskan dampak sosial ekonomi yang terjadi pada masyarakat sekitar kawasan wisata Batu Night Spectacular. Langkah-langkah dalam menganalisa data pada penelitian ini adalah mengambarkan perubahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat baik perubahan sosial atau perubahan ekonomi dari keberadaan Batu Night Spectacular serta memerikan solusi apabila ditemukan kekurangan dalam penyajian data. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui ada beberapa kelebihan dan kelemahan. Kelebihannya yaitu, keberadaan kawasan wisata Batu Night Spectacular memberikan manfaat yang besar terhadap kehidupan masyarakat Desa Oro-oro Ombo. Hal ini dapat dilihat dan dirasakan dengan seperti adanya pekerjaan baru sebagai pedagang dan tukang jasa. Kelemannya dapat dilihat dari masih kurangnya fasilitas yang mendukung bagi masyarakat sebagai pengunjung kawasan wisata tersebut, seperti masih kurangnya tempat parkir, toilet yang diperuntukkan bagi wisatawan pengunjung, keadaan traffic/lalu lintas yang tidak lancar, dan lain sebagainya. Sehingga dapat berdampak pada kenyamanan dan keamanan wisatawan yang berkunjung karena fasilitas belum sepenuhnya di dapat. Setiap aktifitas pembangunan selalu menimbulkan dampak, baik dampak yang bersifat positif maupun negatif. Responsibilitas atau tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepada stakeholder terkait sudah cukup baik. Dan Pemerintah Kota Batu perlu lebih memperhatikan arah pengembangan dan pembangunan wisata tersebut. Sehingga dengan demikian peran aktif masyarakat, pemerintah, dan pihak-pihak yang terkait sangat diperlukan, sehingga upaya tersebut pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat itu sendiri.
English Abstract
The existence of Batu Night Spectacular , which currently has its own attraction for visitors, and the community itself. Where many benefits to the local community near Batu Night Spectacular in particular. As Batu Night Spectacular given the profound changes both in the aspect of social and economic aspects. Because tourism development played a role in the movement of the economy so as to improve social welfare, such as the opening of new jobs , opportunities for the community and the community can increase revenue itself. This study has several objectives , namely to determine the social and economic impact , the government's response , as well as supporting factors and inhibitors of the existence of Batu Night Spectacular . This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach , namely , to explain the socio-economic impacts that occur in the community around the tourist area of Batu Night Spectacular . The steps in analyzing the data in this study is a portrait of the changes that occur in the community either social change or economic changes of the existence of Batu Night Spectacular and specifies the solution would be found deficiencies in data presentation. The survey results revealed there are some advantages and disadvantages. Those advantages are , where the tourist area of Batu Night Spectacular provide great benefits to the lives of villagers in Oro - Oro Ombo . It can be seen and felt by as their new job as a trader and artisan services. The disadvantage may be inferred from the lack of supporting facilities for the community as a visitor of the tourist areas , such as the lack of parking , toilet reserved for tourist visitors , state is not smooth , and so forth . So it will make impact on the comfort and security of tourists visiting because the facilities are not yet fully in terms. Each development activities always have an effect, both effects are positive or negative . Responsibility or responsibilities granted to the relevant stakeholders has been good enough . And Batu City Government needs to pay more attention towards the development and construction of such travel . Thus the active role of communities , governments , and the parties involved are highly needed , so that these efforts will ultimately have an impact on the welfare of the community itself.
