Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjeaskan pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial variabel keselamatan kerja (X1) dan kesehatan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada karyawan bagian pabrikasi PG Kebon Agung Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian penjelasan merupakan penelitian yang menyoroti hubungan antar variabel dan menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian pabrikasi PG Kebon Agung Malang, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 66 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 20.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dapat diihat dari nilai sig.F < α yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 atau dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 44,382 > 3,143. Secara parsial keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,662. Sedangkan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,385. Nilai Adjusted R square adalah sebesar 0,572 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel keselamatan kerja dan variabel kesehatan kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 57,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,8% dipengaruhi olehh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini.
English Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of simultaneously and partially variable of work safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) on employee performance (Y) on employee of the manufacturing department PG Kebon Agung Malang. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Explanatory research is research that highlight the relationship between variables and test the hypotesis which has formuated before. The population in this research is employees of manufacturing department PG Kebon Agung Malang, with total sample are 66 people. Techniques of data collection that used in this study are questionnaires and documentation by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.00 for windows. The result of search showed that occupational safety and health are simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance that can be seen from the value of sig.F < α (0,000 < 0,05) or from Fcount > Ftable (44,382 > 3,143). Partially, work safety has a significant effect on employee performance of 0.662. While occupational health has a significant effect partially on employee performance of 0.385. Adjusted R square value is 0,572 this shows that contribution of work safety variable and occupational health variable to employee performance variable is 57.2%, while the rest of 42.8% influenced by other variables that not described in this study.
