Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya klasifikasi Indeks Desa Membangun provinsi Jawa Timur, yang mengkategorikan Desa Bendosari sebagai salah satu dari desa yang statusnya tertinggal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan Analisis Path Nonparametrik untuk menganalisis pengembangan potensi Desa Bendosari yang dipengaruhi oleh Kinerja Pembangunan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Weighted Least Square (WLS). Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu untuk mengumpulkan data. Banyaknya responden yang terlibat ditentukan menggunakan metode proportional area non-probability dengan teknik accidental yaitu sebanyak 100 Kepala Keluarga Desa Bendosari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyaknya titik knot optimal dan derajat polinomial terbaik untuk model path nonparametrik dengan pendekatan truncated spline adalah model derajat polinomial kuadratik 2 knot. Titik knot optimal pada variabel Kinerja Pembangunan berada pada titik 2,81 dan 4,04; Ketahanan Sosial berada pada titik 2,61 dan 2,98; Ketahanan Ekonomi berada pada titik 2,52 dan 3,33. Titik knot optimal digunakan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh ketika variabel prediktor berada pada kondisi rendah hingga kondisi yang tinggi.
English Abstract
This research is motivated by the classification of Village Development Index of East Java province, which categorizes Bendosari Village as one of the villages whose status is left behind. The purpose of this research is to apply Nonparametric Path Analysis to analyze the potential development of Bendosari Village influenced by Development Performance by using Weighted Least Square (WLS) approach. This study uses questionnaires as a tool to collect data. The number of respondents involved is determined using the proportional method of non-probability area with accidental technique that is as much as 100 heads of family. The results showed that the number of optimal knot points and the best polynomial degree for nonparametric path model with the truncated spline approach is a 2 knot quadratic polynomial degree model. The optimal knot point on the Development Performance variable is at points 2.81 and 4.04; Social Resilience is at 2.61 and 2.98 points; Economic resilience is at 2.52 and 3.33. This model is a complex nonparametric path model that yields R2 of 0.9536. This means that the amount of diversity that can be explained variables in the model is 95.36% and 4.64% explained variables outside the model. The optimal knot point is used to see how the effect when predictor variables are in low to high conditions.
