Abstract

Kota Batu banyak memiliki potensi wisata termasuk didalamnya yaitu wisata buatan, salah satu wisata buatan yang berkembang pesat adalah Jatim Park 1 dan Jatimpark 2. Kedua DTW tersebut mampu menarik pergerakan kunjungan wisatawan sebesar 106.316 jiwa setiap tahunnya. Lokasi jatim Park 2 berada di Kelurahan Temas. PendudukKelurahan Temas mulai merasakan gangguan yang diakibatkan oleh perkembangan Jatim Park 2, terutama perubahan pada kondisi lingkungan. Kegiatan pariwisata yang diharapkan membawa pengaruh positif ternyata juga memberikan konstribusi yang negatif terhadap masyarakat. Penelitian ini pada dasarnya bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pariwisata (Tourism Effect) terhadap kualitas hidup pendudukyang dinilai dari peringkat TQOL melalui penilaian Quality of Life (tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kepuasan), mengetahui komponen Quality of Life yang paling berpengaruh dalam terbentuknya faktor-faktor QOL, serta mengetahui pengaruh persepsi penduduk berdasarkan Faktor QOL dan Karakteristik terhadap peran pariwisata dalam ekonomi lokal. Hasil dari analisis TQOL berupa komponen rasa bangga terhadap budaya lokal dinilai tinggi oleh pendudukmempengaruhi kualitas hidupnya, mereka merasa penting, puas dan pariwisata mampu meningkatkan komponen tersebut, namun juga menurunkan kualitas udara dimana dinilai penting namun tidak puas, dan pariwisata menurunkan elemen tersebut. Berdasarkan analisis eksploratori faktor dari 32 komponen kualitas hidup terbentuk 6 kelompok faktor kualitas hidup yang terdiri dari Faktor Interaksi Sosial, Faktor Pajak Tempat Tinggal, Faktor Tingkat Kebisingan, Faktor Kualitas Udara, Faktor Festival Pameran dan Museum, serta Faktor Kebersihan Lingkungan. Sedangkan untuk hasil dari Analisis Regresi Logistik Ordinal adalah terdapat pengaruh persepsi penduduk tentang QOL dan karakteristik terhadap peran pariwisata dalam ekonomi lokal yaitu pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan tentang pariwisata dan Faktor Kebersihan Lingkungan.

English Abstract

Batu Town has many tourism potentials including artifical tourism, one of the artificial torusim that developed rapidly is Jatim Park 1 and Jatimpark 2, which is able to attract the movement of tourist visit of 106.316 people every year. Jatim Park 2 is located in Temas Village. Temas community began to feel the disruption caused by the development of Jatim Park 2, especially chages in environmental conditions. The tourism activities is hoped that is can to bring positive effect but also contribute of negative effect to the community. This research was conducted to know the effect of tourism on quality of life of the community from the rank of TQOL through assessment of quality of life (level of importance and level of satisfaction), to know the quality of life factors, and to know the influence of local people perception based on QOL Factor and Characteristic to tourism role in local economy. The result of TQOL analysis showed that people think that pride of local culture is important, it affect the quality of life, they feel important, satisfied and tourism able to increases it, but tourism also decreases air quality which is considered important but not satisfied. Based on the exploratory analysis of factors from 32 components of quality of life formed 6 groups of life quality factors consisting of Social Interaction factor, Residential Tax factor, Noise Level factor, Air Quality factor, Festival of Exhibitions and Museum factor,and Environmental Hygiene factor. As for the result of Ordinal Logistic Regression Analysis can be known the influence of public perception about QOL Factor and Characteristic to the role of tourism in local economy that is education, work, knowledge about tourism and Environmental Hygiene factor.
