Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah hasil penelitian kualitatif yang berjudul “Internal Corporate Communication (ICC) Team Building sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Loyalitas Karyawan PT. ABC”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan kegiatan Internal Corporate Communications Team Building sebagai upaya meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan di PT. ABC. Fokus dari penelitian deskriptif ini adalah analisis hal yang terkait dengan tahapan manajemen Public Relations kegiatan Internal Corporate Communication (ICC) Team Building, seperti pembatasan masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi sebagai upaya meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan. Fokus lain dalam penelitian ini adalah aspek-aspek loyalitas dalam penerapan kegiatan Internal Corporate Communication (ICC) Team Building dalam PT. ABC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara dan teknik observasi partisipan. Teknik pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang, yaitu CEO PT. ABC, Public Relations PT. ABC, dan 3 orang karyawan PT. ABC yang telah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun untuk PT. ABC. Peneliti juga melakukan pengamatan dan ikut serta dalam kegiatan Internal Corporate Communication (ICC) Team Building yang dilakukan PT. ABC. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Public Relations PT. ABC yang menjalankan kegiatan Internal Corporate Communications (ICC) Team Building dengan menerapkan Tahapan Manajemen Public Relations, yaitu pembatasan masalah atau pencarian masalah, perencanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi, berjalan sangat baik dan berdampak positif terhadap PT. ABC. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan Internal Corporate Communications (ICC) Team Building, yaitu menciptakan dan meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan, menurut CEO PT. ABC belum tercapai. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Internal Corporate Communications (ICC) Team Building mampu membangun loyalitas mampu yang mencakup, seperti: taat pada peraturan, tanggung jawab pada perusahaan, kemauan untuk bekerja sama, rasa memiliki, hubungan antar pribadi, dan kesukaan terhadap pekerjaan.

English Abstract

This thesis is the result of qualitative research entitled "Internal Corporate Communication (ICC) Team Building as Efforts to Increase Employee Loyalty PT. ABC". The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the implementation of Internal Corporate Communications Team Building activities as an effort to increase employee loyalty in PT. ABC. The focus of this descriptive research is the analysis of matters related to the stages of the management of Public Relations of Internal Corporate Communication (ICC) Team Building activities, such as problem limitation, planning, implementation, and evaluation as an effort to increase employee loyalty. Another focus in this research is loyalty aspects in the implementation of Internal Corporate Communication (ICC) Team Building activities in PT. ABC. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained through interview techniques and participant observation techniques. The technique of selecting informant in this research is done by purposive sampling. The number of informants in this study is 5 people, namely CEO PT. ABC, Public Relations PT. ABC, and 3 employees of PT. ABC who has worked for more than one year for PT. ABC. Researchers also conduct observations and participate in the activities of Internal Corporate Communication (ICC) Team Building conducted PT. ABC. The results of this study indicate that Public Relations PT. ABC who runs Internal Corporate Communications (ICC) Team Building activities by applying Stages of Public Relations Management, ie problem-solving or problem-seeking, activity planning, implementation of activities, and evaluation, runs very well and has a positive impact on PT. ABC. The main objective of Internal Corporate Communications (ICC) Team Building activities is to create and improve employee loyalty, according to CEO of PT. ABC has not been reached. The results of this study indicate that the Internal Corporate Communications (ICC) Team Building is able to build loyalty capable that includes, such as: obey the rules, responsibility on the company, willingness to cooperate, ownership, interpersonal relationships, and likes to work.
