Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan sebuah sistem informasi, dalam hal ini software akuntansi dengan menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Faktor tersebut diantaranya persepsi sikap, norma subjektif, kemudahan penggunaan, kegunaan. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan responden sebanyak 86 UMKM di kota Malang yang sehari – hari menggunakan software akuntansi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat individu dalam menggunakan software akuntansi dipengaruhi oleh persepsi sikap, persepsi norma subjektif, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan persepsi kegunaan.
English Abstract
This study examines factors that influence the acceptance and the use of an information system, particularly an accounting software, using TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). The factors include perceived attitude, perceived subjective norm, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. This study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) in analyzing the relationship between variables. The data of this study are collected through surveys on 86 small and medium enterprises in Malang that are using accounting software in their business. The results show that perceived attitude, perceived subjective norm, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness significantly influence the intention to use accounting software.
