Abstract
Analisis Konjoin merupakan suatu metode dimana nilai yang diberikan responden disimpulkan dari preferensi terhadap kombinasi atribut yang ditetapkan peneliti. Analisis ini sangat erat hubungannya dengan profil produk yang merupakan stimuli kombinasi taraf-taraf dari suatu atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kombinasi atribut tentang preferensi Mahasiswa Jurusan Matematika Universitas Brawijaya dalam memilih Jenis Provider untuk internet dengan analisis konjoin. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil survei preferensi Mahasiswa Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Brawijaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mahasiswa Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Brawijaya lebih memilih internet menggunakan Provider Telkomsel dibandingkan dengan Provider Indosat, Provider XL, dan Provider Tri(3). Untuk Harga lebih menyukai Harga Murah dibandingkan dengan Harga Mahal dan Harga Sedang. Untuk Jaringan lebih menyukai jaringan 4G dibandingkan dengan jaringan 3G+4G dan jaringan 3G. Untuk sinyal lebih menyukai sinyal biasa dibandingkan dengan sinyal kuat dan sinyal lemah dan untuk Bonus lebih memilih bonus sedikit dibandingkan dengan bonus banyak.
English Abstract
Conjoint analysis is a method where the value is given by the respondent and it is inferred from the preference to the combination of attributes that the researcher prescribes. This analysis is closely releted to the product profile which is a stimuli combination of the levels of aan attribute. The purpose of this study is to determine the combination of attributes about the preference of Brawijaya University’s Mathematics Department students in choosing the type of provider for internet by using conjoint analysis. The primary data that used in this research is the result of the preference survey of students of Mathematics Department of FMIPA Brawijaya University. The results of this study indicate that the fact of Mathematics and Natural Sciences students prefer having the internet by using Telkomsel Provider that has been compared to Indosat Provider, XL Provider and Tri(3) Provider. For the Price they prefer the cheap price compared to expensive price and medium price. For signals they prefer normal signal has been compared with strong signal and weak signal. For networks they prefer 4G network has been compared to 3G + 4G network and 3G network and for bonuss they prefer little bonus has been compared much bonus.
