SMEs driven by the entrepreneurship is a business sector that can survive the global economic crisis in 1998. The existence and role of SMEs in 2007 reached 49.84 million business units where 99.99% are national business actors. The contribution of SMEs in the absorption of labor, the formation of National Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the value of national exports, and national investment is no doubt in the national economic order. Entrepreneurship and education are two things that are interconnected and need to get attention in the development of human and community resources. Entrepreneurship education will have an effect on entrepreneurial knowledge which is an approach to stimulate the emergence of entrepreneurial intentions. Intention will make a person actively seek and take advantage of business opportunities by optimizing the knowledge they have. The aims of this research were (1) To describe the implementation of entrepreneurship education of students of class XII, academic year 2017/2018 at SMK Negeri 5 Madiun; (2) To examine the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneural intention of students of class XII, academic year 2017/2018 at SMK Negeri 5 Madiun.This research was explanatory research and used quantitative approach. Population in this research was students Class XII SMKN 5 Madiun. Questionnaires were distributed to 61 respondents. Simple Random sampling was used as sampling technique. In addition, simple linier regression analysis was used as data analysis technique. Based on the result of research that has conducted about the effect of Entrepreneurship Eduction on Entrepreneural Intention (study on students of class XII SMKN 5 Madiun. Academic year 2017/2018) as follows that the variable X has a significant effect on the variable Y. It’s mean that Entrepreneurship Education has a significant effect on the Entrepreneural Intention.
