Abstract
Gangguan pendengaran dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup penderitanya. Pada saat ini penatalaksaan utama gangguan pendengaran adalah deteksi dini pada populasi berisiko. Beberapa faktor resiko gangguan pendengaran yang dimiliki oleh penyakit ginjal kronik. Menurut WHO, gangguan pendengaran mempengaruhi 360 juta jiwa pada tahun 2011 atau setara 5,3% populasi dunia. Penyebab pasti dan patogenesis gangguan pendengaran pada penderita penurunan fungsi ginjal belum diketahui. Remodelling tulang diduga kuat merupakan salah satu penyebab tuli sensorineural pada PGK. Remodelling tulang dapat dinilai berdasarkan densitas kapsul otik pada titik ROI. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian epidemiologis observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional untuk menelaah hubungan antara densitas kapsul otik dengan nilai ambang dengar pada penderita penyakit ginjal kronik. Dan dilakukan pengolahan data secara deskriptif, untuk melihat prevelensi kejadian tuli dan korelasi densitas kapsuk otik dengan nilai ambang dengar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada pengukuran ROI 1 dan ROI 2 pada pasien tuli dan tuli berat. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah prevalensi tuli dan pada penderita penyakit ginjal kronik adalah 47,2%. Densitas kapsul otik telinga tuli lebih rendah secara bermakna daripada telinga normal pada penyakit ginjal kronik (p< 0,05). Densitas kapsul otik berkorelasi negatif terhadap ambang dengar pada penyakit ginjal kronik, namun memiliki korelasi yang tidak bermakna (p>0,05).
English Abstract
Hearing Loss made a lower quality of life of the surfferer. At the moment to handling is early detection in population at risk. Some risk of hearing loss, owd by people with chronic kidney disease. According with WHO, hearing loss affects 360 milion people in 2011 or equivalent with 5,3% population of the world. The cause and pathogenesis of hearing loss in people with decrease kidney function is not yet know. Erkoch suspect bone remodelling occurs on otic capsule is the cause of hearing loss in PGK.The otic capsule density rated base on the density at the point of ROI. Research conduct epidemiollogical studies are observational, analitic with cross sectional approach to ellucidate corellation of otic capsule density with heard threshold value in people wiht chronic kidney disease. And descriptive data processing is caried out, to see prevalence incidens of hearing loss and corellation of otic capsule density with heard threshold value in people wiht chronic kidney disease. The result of this study shows there is a significant difference on measuring ROI 1 and ROI 2 on the patient with hearing loss and patient normal. Conclusion from this research is the prevalence of hearing loss in people with chronic kidney disease is 47,2%. The otic capsul density on hearing loss ear patient lower significant than normal ear on chronic kidne disease (p<0.05). The otic capsule density correlate negatively to the heard threshold value on chronic kidney disease, but have no meaningful corellation (p>0.05)
