Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bentuk-bentuk konflik antara Islam dan komunis dalam novel Kubah dan Anak Tanah Air. Selain itu juga mengetahui unsur-unsur mikro kecil karya sastra seperti; (1) Tokoh; (2) Setting); dan (3) Alur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Data dan sumber data penelitian berasal dari novel Kubah dan Anak Tanah Air serta narasi atau seskripsi yang membuktikan adanya keterkaitan dengan masalah yang diangkat. Pengkajian dilakukan menggunakan kajian materialisme historis dan sosiologi sastra dengan mengaitkan aspek-aspek sosial. Teknik analisis menggunakan model analisis isi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut. Pertama, ditemukannya aspek-aspek mikro kecil karya sastra. Kedua,ditemukan bentuk konflik antara Islam dan komunis dalam bentuk (1) Konflik ideologis; Alergi antar ideologi dilihat dari cara pandang materialisme historis (2) Konflik akibat kelangkaan ekonomi; (3) Konflik Sosial yang meliputi; (a) Provokasi PKI berimplikasi pada dendam kusumat, (b) Menyalahkan komunisme; (b) Meng-atheis-kan komunis; Pertaubatan; Islam sebagai pemenang.

English Abstract

This research aims to know the forms of conflict between Islam and Communist in both novels Kubah and Anak Tanah Air. Beside it, this research also aims to know micro elements of the literature work such as (1) Character; (2) Setting; and (3) Plot. This research uses qualitative-descriptive approach. The data and data source are from both novels Kubah and Anak Tanah Air along with narration or description that proves the existence of relation with the issues that raised. The analytical uses historical materialism perspective and sociology of literature by linking on social aspects. The analytical technique uses content analysis model. The result of this research is finding as follows. First, it is found those micro elements of literature work. Second, it is found the conflict between Islam and Communist in the form of (1) Ideological Conflict; allergy between ideology which is seen in historical materialism perspective (2) conflict due to economical scarcity; (3) Social conflict such as; (a) PKI’s provocation that implicate a resentment, (b) blaming communism, (c) judging communist as an atheist, (d) repentance, (e) Islam as a winner.
