Abstract
Tujuan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kelayakan usaha alat tangkap pancing ulur di pelabuhan perikanan nusantara Brondong serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha perikanan pancing ulur di pelabuhan perikanan nusantara Brondong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus untuk menggambarkan kondisi nyata PPN Brondong, metode analisis ekonomi meliputi net present value (NPV), internal rate of retum (IRR), net benefit cost ratio (Net B/C Ratio) dan payback period (PP) untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang ditemui, dan analisis SWOT untuk melihat pengembangan strategi usaha perikanan pancing ulur. Pada analisa kriteria investasi usaha dengan proyeksi usaha selama 10 tahun kedepan didapatkan nilai net present value (NPV) positif sebesar Rp. 348.328.694, nilai Internal rate of return (IRR) sebesar 34,02%, net b/c sebesar 2,03 sedangkan nilai PP dengan rata-rata 3,1 atau pengembalian modal tercapai dalam 3 tahun 1 bulan. Hasil analisis matriks grand strategi koodinat hasil perhitungan terhadap variabel internal dan eksternal menempatkan kondisi unit usaha penangkapan pancing ulur di Brondong berada pada koordinat/kuadran 2.Pada posisi ini nilai kekuatan lebih dominan dari kelamahan dalam internal perusahaan sementara nilai ancaman lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan nilai peluang dalam lingkungan eksternal perusahaan.
English Abstract
The purposes of this research are knowing the feasibility of hand line in Brondong fishing port and finding out the straegy of hand line fishing effort development in Brondong fishing port. The methods used in this research are descriptive method with the case study to describe real condition of PPN Brondong, Economic Analysis Method, including the net present value (NPV), internal rate of retum (IRR), net benefit cost ratio (Net B/C Ratio) and the payback period (PP), to recognize the problems encountered, and SWOT Analysing to see the development of a business strategy of handline fishing. Analysing on the investment criteria of venture with the projection of business for 10 years obtained the value net present value (NPV) of Rp. 348,328,694 positive, the value of the Internal rate of return (IRR) of 34.02%, net b/c amounted to 2.03 while the value of PP with an average of 3.1 or payback is achieved in 3 years and 1 month. The results of the analysis of matrix grand strategy coodinat calculation against internal and external variables put conditions business unit off hand line in Brondong is at coordinates/quadrant 2. The value has more strength from the dominant from the weakness in the internal corporate value while the threat is greater when compared to the value of the opportunities in the external environment of the company.
