Abstract
Pada saat ini ketersediaan tenaga kerja dalam pengelolaan bidang pertanian makin langka dan terbatas. Untuk mengatasi kondisi tersebut maka sangat penting untuk memanfaatkan peralatan dan mesin pertanian, agar tenaga kerja orang makin efektif.. Pada skripsi ini yang akan di analisa ada pada penanganan panen dan perontokan padi dengan menggunakan mesin panen padi (Mini Combine Harveter). Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Kabupaten Lamongan pada 5 (lima) kelompok tani, yaitu : Kelompok tani Trubus Subur; Mekar Jaya; Kepodang; Karya Raharja dan Sekar Sari II. Parameter penelitian yang digunakan adalah kelayakan unsur teknis dan analisis ekonominya. Pengelolaan mesin panen padi Mini Combine Hasvester pertanian kelompok tani dikatakan dapat berkembang dan berkelanjutan jika nilai Payback Period dari mesin panen padi tersebut kurang dari umur ekonominya yaitu 5 tahun. Terdapat 3 (tiga) kelompok tani yang layak ekonomi dan dapat berkelanjutan, yaitu : a) Kelompok Tani Trubus Subur (dengan nilai R/C 1,18 dan Payback Period 4 tahun). b) Kelompok Tani Mekar Jaya (dengan nilai R/C 1,1 dan Payback Period 4,2 tahun). c) Kelompok Tani Kepodang (dengan nilai R/C 1,2 dan Payback Period 2,5 tahun). Sedangkan 2 (dua) kelompok tani lain layak ekonomi tetapi tidak dapat berkelanjutan, yaitu : d) Kelompok tani Karya Raharja (dengan nilai R/C 1,09 dan Payback Period 5,1 tahun). e) Kelompok Tani Sekar Sari II (dengan nilai R/C 1,09 dan Payback Period 5,3 tahun). Persentase biaya sewa Mini Combine Harvester dibandingkan dengan biaya total usaha tani padi berkisar antara 27,6% - 55,6%. Persentase biaya sewa Mini Combine Harvester dibandingkan dengan biaya total tertinggi terdapat pada petani Maftukin (Kelompok Tani Sekar Sari II) yaitu sebesar 55,6% kemudian Sarimun (Kelompok Tani Kepodang) sebesar 38,6% dan Ma’ruf (Kelompok Tani Karya Raharja) sebesar 36,2%, disebabkan biaya sewa lebih tinggi (Rp 400.000/jam).
English Abstract
At this time the availability of a workforce in the management of farming the more scarce and limited. To treat the condition then it is very important to utilize equipment and farm machinery, to make labor a person the more effective. In this thesis that will be analyzed exists on the handling of the harvesting and threshing of rice the rice harvest using machinery (Mini Combine Harveter). This research was conducted in the area of Lamongan on 5 (five) Group of farmers, namely: Trubus Subur; Mekar Jaya; Kepodang; Karya Raharja and Sekar Sari II. Research parameters used are the feasibility analysis and technical elements of its economy. Management of the rice harvest machine Mini Combine Hasvester farm farmers group said can thrive and sustainably if the value of the Payback Period of the rice harvest less from its economy that is 5 years old. There are 3 (three) Group of farmers a decent economy and can be sustainable, i.e.: a) Trubus Subur farmers group (with a value of R/C 1.18 and Payback Period 4 years). b) Mekar Jaya farmers group (with a value of R/C 1.1 and 4.2 years Payback Period). c) Kepodang farmer groups (with a value of R/C 1.2 and 2.5 year Payback Period). While the two other economic viable farmers group but cannot be sustained, that is: d) Karya Raharja farmer groups (with a value of R/C 1.09 and Payback Period 5.1 years). e) Sekar Sari II farmers group (with a value of R/C 1.09 and 5.3 years Payback Period). The percentage of the cost of the rent Mini Combine Harvester is compared to the total cost of the rice farmer ranged between 27.6%-55.6%. The percentage of the cost of the rent Mini Combine Harvester compared with the highest total costs contained on the Maftukin farmers (Sekar Sari II farmers group) amounted to 55.6% then Sarimun (Kepodang farmers group) amounted to 38.6% and Ma'ruf (farmers group Works Raharja) amounted to 36.2%, due to higher rental costs (Rp 400.000).
