Annafi, Muhammad (2017) Potensi Sumberdaya Perikanan Tuna Mata Besar (Thunnus Obesus) Di Perairan Selatan Jawa. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
Big eye tuna one of the fish that have important commercial value in the waters south of Java, but the continuous arrests activities feared to be lower quality and quantity of big eye tuna. So the need for studies on stock about the existence of big eye tuna in waters. There are three place for landing bigeye tuna at the southern sea of java there are PPS Cilacap, Benoa Harbour Bali, PPS Nizam Zachman Jakarta. Based on the genetic diversity that bigeye tuna in waters south of Java is divided into two subpopulations between Bali-Cilacap and Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to know the potential and sustainable catches are allowed and the level of concessions of the big eye tuna. The data used in the form of secondary data from third place in the form of data on catches and number of trip. Methods used namely in the form of surplus production model (Schaefer and Fox). Based on the results of the analysis on subpopulations of Bali-sustainable catches the potential value of Cilacap (Y_MSY) 4,013,794.18 kg per year with optimum effort (fopt) 8,417 trip per year number of catches allowed 3,211,035.34 kg per year with effort allowed 3970 trip. The value of the level of concessions of bigeye tuna on subpopulations of Bali-Cilacap i.e. 259% (Overexploited)
